Good location, next to subway train station and only 2 stops to China Town, and 3 or 4 to Marina Bay area. Also walking distance to both and all main central tourist areas. Hotel staff were friendly. Hotel was clean although tooms are very small, so I'd say it's good for sleeping in but not for lounging in.

Breakfast was disappointing. Not much choice, in fact we visited again on day 2 to see if it was better and it wasn't, so we skipped it and went elsewhere. Room size very very small.

The location is perfect with the MRT just next door The swimming pool was very nice and a good way to break the day trough the Singapore heat. The room has been cleaned every single day, with new sheets and towels. Coffee and water bottles were also provided daily. The staff was friendly and helpful.

The room was really small, there was just one bedside table and luckily we had just to small carry on luggages. The air conditioner was a bit noisy but the room was cool.

Dit hotel ligt op een fantastische locatie, vrijwel naast een metrostation. Bovendien zijn veel bezienswaardigheden lopend bereikbaar. Voldoende eetgelegenheden en (kleine) winkels in de buurt. Aardig personeel. Fijn dat we onze bagage op de laatste dag in een bagageruimte konden opslaan. Het zwembad is heerlijk.

De kamer was erg klein, het bed smal en nauwelijks kastruimte. Voor stellen is dat wellicht minder lastig: ik reisde met mijn jongvolwassen zoon. Na de eerste nacht hebben we voor hem een aparte kamer geboekt, omdat het gewoon te krap voor ons was. Toen was alles prima - maar dus wel duurder dan gepland.

I thought the location was perfect and handy having the MRT next to it.

As I have a sleep machine, was surprised there was no socket next to the bed. I also thought for a 4 star Hotel the room would have been a bit bigger.

Cleanliness is a bit of an issue. Room is a bit small when you've got big lugagges. A few staff needs to be more welcoming.

A Lobby parking that is located behind, very misleading. Very misleading photos on Booking.com, room is very very small, cannot even open luggages.

Excellent location with 3 MRT entrances close by to hotel. Staff courteous and efficient. Room and facilities clean.

Size of room small and made it difficult when travelling with suitcases (2 - one each). The bed was far too firm for my liking. No extra blanket/s or pillows in room. Air con was a little noisy - probably due to size of room, but was cold.

Every member of staff provided excellent service well above expectations. This is the friendliest hotel that we have ever stayed at anywhere in the world. Although the room was small it was all we wanted and the position is great 2 mind from MRT.
