The location was not that far from Fujisawa Station, you can walk within 10~15 minutes then arrive at the hotel. The included breakfast was okay. And the drinks are free from many options.

We have not noticed it at first, but then my wife had difficulty breathing. Then we noticed that the room was dusty, walls and windows. Even the door is dusty. Then we found out that dust almost covered the exhaust in the toilet. I believe they did not properly clean the rooms for the next customer. The most easily seen areas are clean, but if you look closely, you see that the room is not really that clean. The cost of the stay is too high considering the poor quality and dirtiness of the room. I would want a compensation.

Breakfast was great. Location was convenient to the supermarket which worked out very well for us. Spent the following day at enoshima which was awesome

It was comfortable and had everything I needed. The staff were friendly and kind and the location was pretty good.

Though it was visibly clean, the air inside the room was a tad dusty. My window was in full view of another building and I noticed the fridge wasn’t as cold as it should be. But these were all minor.

1. Location- the hotel is 10 minutes away from Fujisawa Station in a quiet residential area. There are lots of supermarket and shops around and you can get to Enoshima beach by 10 minutes train ride. 2. Staff- They have English and Japanese staff which is great for non-japanese speakers. Location is close to Fujisawa train station, in a quiet area, with a bonus view of Mt Fuji from the top floor. The staff were very helpful and friendly.

The air conditioning system is not very efficient so the room became a little hot overnight.

My experience of this Hotel En was more than I had expected. Warm welcome smile with staffs, well taste room with comfy bed, nice tea cups with a good Japanese electric kettle and well selected free drink service at this hotel lobby. You can select a nice coffee or tea include Sri Lanka's Dimbula tea for all day. Hotel is located in a quiet residential area and only 10minutes walk to JR and Odakyu Fujisawa station. Kamakura that is famous for Giant Budda is only half an hour away by Enoden. Enoden Fujisawa station is few minutes' walk from this hotel. Multi lingual staff can help you for your needs too.

The room is quite spacious and everything was clean. They have basic amenities and everything you need for a short stay. They offer free tea/coffee 24/7 which was really nice. The reception desk was very helpful and welcoming!

It is quite a bit of a walk from the station, but still manageable.

We loved the room size, because they upgraded us to the queen room which was really nice of them. The room itself was a unique interior with a lot of style and just the right amount of amenities that we needed and was the kind of hotel experience I dream about but usually don’t receive. Paid abit extra for the experience, but when you want to chill and have some down time this is the hotel for you.

Every thing is good. this is my thirds time stay in this hotel . I will use this hotel next time when I back to fujisawa next year.
