Friendly staff, clean, great service with sauna and jacuzzi

Absolutely brilliant services especially from the reception staff... very friendly and always willing to help. 10mins away drive with taxi from airport. Very quiet location for a peaceful night. It was pretty clean. Friendly staff, including the lifeguards who are very helpful.

House keeping didn't clean my room everyday, although I put my sign up on the door to clean my room. I think it's because they were on a time limit to get rooms clean. If you're not up and out your room by 9am your room wouldn't be clean. But reception staff would supply you with fresh towels. Location is a bit out the way from city centre but affordable in an Uber and there's local transport. Nearest shop is about 10mins walk. Breakfast is only served till 10am but... It's not served till 10am it's just what's left over, especially if you're a late riser and you go down at 9:30am. Main downside was the housekeeping but the receptionists made up for it.

Everything was great. On site restaurant Lime and Spicy is were breakfast is served. Very good breakfast, and we had our evening meal there twice. Great service and food. Very quiet area, no complaints at all.

It is a little way out of town but is served by public transport if you don't want to drive. Bus is available but we walked to the tram stop about 20 min through a quiet residential area.

Swimmingpools and Wellness were good.

Beds are really uncomfortable and the shower isnt made for people above 1.8m :(

Everything was great! The facilities: swimming pool, saunas. It is for free for hotel clients. Restaurant is exellent!

Quite far away from the Center of Krakov. Car is necessary. It was a strange shelf behind my bed - not comfortable. But it is minor.

Very clean, great facilities and helpful staff. The food in the restaurant is exceptional and great value for money.

I have nothing to say just wow,perfect location,very nice and clean hotel with very friendly and helpfull staff and lovely sport centre all services included in room price,definitely comeback for us 10 out of 10!!!

The jacuzzi and sauna Not too busy

There whas some molt in the bathroom. Breakfast its not complete all day Sometimes we miss some products on the buffet but i thinks it depends on the staff. Maybey u have to create a small separate swimmingpool for the hotel guests. Because the whole they its used for swimming lessons

Modern, clean and comfortable room with comfortable bed. Great breakfast in the hotel restaurant. You can use the swimming pool and sauna facilities for free when staying in the hotel. All the sports facilities are well designed and maintained! All is nice and clean and the staff is very nice!! Will stay there again for sure when in Kraków again!!!

The Wellness and fitness were fine, me and my girlfriend enjoyed this. Hotel located in a quiet area, we had a trip to Auschwitz, Zakopane and Krakow Centrum. Parking next to the hotel. Breakfast was good but most of the food looked a bit dry. Also the lady at the breakfast did not ask if we wanted a coffee or scambled eggs. Even after 4 days. I had to ask this everytime myself. 2 Times we had a dinner in the restaurant. Good quality food and Great staff.

Small bed with huge Thick matras. Not really comfortable. To many kids everywhere, in the restaurant as well as in the Wellness area. Sometimes the jacuzi was not turned on. Drunk Guy knocking on the door in the Evening. Shower head is fixed, if I would be 5 cm taller This would have been a problem, I am only 180 cm so this is difficult for tall people.
