Location was great and the spa was very appreciated on a cold day!

it’s run down and lacks some of the basics. For instance, there were no tissues anywhere (a small
thing, but it’s marketed as a ‘Spa Villa’) Handle fell off bath tap, table lamp flickered on/off as it had a faulty switch, fridge doesn’t seal so it’s always running (right next to the bedroom), no bottle opener / corkscrew / can opener. No sharp knives (3 blunt ones). Yard overgrown. Rusty outside table / chair on verandah. Door lock very stiff (wife couldn’t lock/unlock so I had to do it every time)

Beautiful, private villa with spa bath right in the heart of Hepburn Springs, walking distance to everything. Alice the manager was incredibly helpful in arranging in house massages and sorting out delivery of a cheese platter before we arrived.

The villa provided a basic dry continental breakfast which is very much appreciated...
The toilet seat is cramped and not enough leg room; the toilet/shower room would have been great to have it's own heater and bath robes would have been a nice touch.

Great location, quiet, close to the springs reserve, lovely cafe over the road. The verandah was a great space to sit and read.

This villa inside very small, bedroom no door, the decoration is old and everything used is outdated, including cooking utensils, TV, DVD….

There was nothing to like about the property. It is extremely overpriced for a very moderate facilities provided. I cant believe the host is charging such a huge amount for a property like this.
I paid almost $400 a night for a nice property to relax. The facilities we very moderate and the beds and couch were cheap. The kitchen was the smallest kitchen I have seen. The fireplace was not working and there was only one old heater that didnt work and made terrible noise everytime trying to switch in on. The host is very quick to charge as soon as the booking was done and now I understand why and why it is non refundable.

The place is cozy, clean, comfortable, close to the restaurants, shops and spa’s. It is the perfect romantic getaway place for my husband and I who haven’t seen each other since the pandemic started. Alice was very accomodating and helpful throughout my booking process. The welcome box was very much appreciated too.
