It was a very pleasant stay. Enrique greeted us by coming down to the street to help us with our luggage. The bathrooms and everywhere were spotlessly clean. The location was perfect. It was incredibly enjoyable to start the day by wandering around the coliseum. If I go again, I would choose the same place.

Es un buen hotel y disfrute la estadia, pero yo habia reservado en otro hotel cerca del coliseo ,me trasladaron a 3 cuadras debido a q estaba lleno.....pero al reservar no mencionaron esto....de todos modos esta recomendable el lugar, pero no es el mismo edificio que el de la foto
En un viaje de este tipo la conexion a internet es vital, el wifi se caia de a graaandes ratos, pero sacando eso las instalaciones son geniales, una lastima que al precio que tienen no ofeescan colazione, desayuno

J’ai beaucoup aimé l’emplacement et Enrique notre hote. Tres disponible et tres sympatique. Nous sommes voisin du carrefour market qui est ouvert meme la nuit donc c’est parfait. Au pied du colisée on est tres bien placé on a tour fait a pied. Restaurant dans la rue.
La chambre presente quelque traces des traces moisissures ce qui est dommage pour une chambre a 184€ la nuit. Le lit etait un peut petit pour mon conjoint et moi. Sinon rien a dire on avais notre prore salle de bain. C’etait tres propre avec del douche, cotton tige et bonnet de bain offert. Mise a disposution de serviettes. Enrique fait notre lit et range la salle de bain tous mes jours vidage de poubelle compris. C’est vraiement agréable de retrouver sa chambre parfaite.

Located just near Colosseum and buses/trams. The room was spacious and charming. The bed was comfortable, bathroom warm. It was great to be able to open the windows for fresh air.
While there were tea making facilities, there was no fridge.

Nice location, walking distance from colosseo, couldn't ask for more! Host Enrique was very helpful with everything, room with ac and private bathrooms, very nice place, near metro station and other site's,

The location was perfect, and the accommodation was clean and spacious, just what we needed for a family of four. Enrique contacted us before arriving at Rome with clear instructions on how to get there. He was extremely pleasant and helpful, giving advice on restaurants and places to visit and making sure we were comfortable and happy during our stay.

Great location
It says breakfast included when you do booking, but the ovner give you a ticket to go outsite and you need find the bar and eat... so we went at 7.30 and the bar was closed and we did not have breakfast. And I did book b&b only because we want have breakfast...

property was in a great location literally 2 minutes walk to the colosseum. I was treated at the B&B and was even given advice on how to get to it from the train station. I was sent restaurant recommendations I will certainly be using it again.
the pillows was a little uncomfortable for me but I am fussy with pillows so could just be me

The B&B is just few min walk from the colosseum, Palestine hill, Titus arch, and more. It is also close to convenient stores and restaurants (although a bit pricey). The balcony is also a plus; just to relax with a view of the colosseum. Enrique was also very accommodating and nice, he explained to us in details what to do before check-in and check-out. He also sent us recommendations on where to eat (good food and not pricey), and how to get there from the B&B.

Amazing location right next to Colosseum. Nice room, bathroom and common area and I adored the little balcony. Our host was so helpful during the visit, thank you again!
It was a little bit noisy at some points during the night on the street, but that’s almost always the case when it’s an old building in a central location.

Location was amazing and Enrique who showed us in was so helpful, he sent us lots of recommendations for restaurants and where the nearest supermaket and pharmacy is. It was a beautiful parts of the city, 24hr supermarket practically next door, and so easy to get to the centre. I would reccommend it to any one on a budget.
Unfortunately the room wasnt the cleanest, there was a funny smell in the bathroom I think of dampness. we also didnt have any coffee in the room only tea bags which werent restocked once we used them.

As soon as you walk out the property, the colosseum is in front of you to the right, such an amazing and surreal view! Enrique the host was very helpful and very polite, and always available when I had any questions!
On Saturday evening/ Sunday am, it was very loud as you can hear all the bar music etc, so didn’t get much sleep until about 3am

Amazing location, very clean, soaps and shampoo provided. Enrique was very friendly and extremely helpful.
The only thing we felt was missing was a fridge to store our drinks and food, apart from this we have no complaints :)
