Totaly suitable for our few days stay in Sanremo. Beds were clean and comfortable, shower was super clean and refreshing. The hosts are realy kind persons.

Wardrobes could be biger.

The room was clean, spacious, well-equipped. The aircon worked well and the windows kept all the noise out. The garage / parking was very appreciated, and the host was extremely helpful and welcoming. The bathroom was small but fully equipped.

The double bed was really hard and not comfortable.

Location, parking place in the promises for 10 EUR per 24 hours, clean, easy access.

The air conditioning weak and did not give enough cool air, the breakfast very weak, small room, very hot in the bathroom as there is nor air conditioning there, beds hard.

Nice place, perfect communication. Good location and easy to find.

The AC wasn't working properly, but have gotten a discount for that inconvenience.

Easy to find. Parking very secure but a bit tight! Nice little terrace to eat your own food (there's a decent pizzeria around the corner) - each room has a small fridge. There are vending machines for snacks.

Location superb, Host is the best, very quiet, air conditioner works great, parking realy good. Sara (the host) know very good restaurants, have a good beach also, in this beach you can dive and see nice vievs its after the roks, (its the pass in the corner betveen the roks) take the mask with you.

The place is ok for the price. Clean but a little bit noisy. No elevator.

I booked at 00:01 during a long trip and went straight to Zefferino. Nobody was there. When I called them, I realiced that booking reset their system at 00:00 and automatically change your reservation to the next day. I asked for a room that night and I was told it was full. I asked for a refunf and I was told I should ask booking, but when doing so I saw it was their choice to make a refund or not. We spent that night in a super nasty and expensive place instead. The place is ok for the price, but the service is like talking with a robot. We spent next day there since I already paid for it and it was ok, then they confirmed that it is their decision to cancel the reservation or not, and not booking. I hate having to write a negative review, but I think the whole problem could have been solved by allowing us to cancel the booking.

The location of the accommodation was very convenient. It was just a 10 min walk to the center of the city. There were a couple of restaurants and supermarkets nearby, all walking distance. It was a quite place, so the sleep was not disturbed during the night. The staff was very friendly and very helpful, which we appreciated. There was a complimentary breakfast (packaged croissant and tea) in the bedroom. We had a kettle and a small fridge (both needed to be plugged before it can be used). The room had everything required for a short stay.

The room itself was quite small and the door of the room was very thin, so we could hear people walking in the corridor. The fridge we had in the room was not working properly, maybe because it was not plugged before our arrival. The soap dispenser we had was impossible to use and only very small portions would come out.
