customer service was not good, room had problems with a busted tv and a leaking fridge. place wasn’t clean, found used drink bottles in the cupboards and beside the bed. was there for four nights and asked to get another room but got told “ we only move people in an emergency. Told them about the issues and they said “ ok we will block if off to anyone else “. Had to Harass them to get some sort of refund, took the $100 just because I couldn’t be stuffed to let it get in the way as we were dealing with an end of life situation. Overall awful place. Don’t stay there, find somewhere else.

Its a good location, just out of town with nice view over the ocean. well maintained gardens and stairwells clean. Secure parking. Easy walk into town for shopping.

We were using the unit as a base whilst visiting local family and helping with a renovation and only spent the nights in unit. The unit is older style and the unit we were allocated contained many original fixtures that could do with an update (particularly bathroom and kitchen stove). Unit was clean. Furnishings were basic - a nice rug in the sitting area would have added some warmth. 4 remotes supplied but only one was for the TV and no other devices to go with the remaining remotes. Mish mash of crockery and glassware. Bedrooms carpeted and main bed comfortable- only one bedside lamp provided though. Extra doona inserts supplied but no covers as well as a few blankets. It would be nice that these were folded and stacked neatly, instead of just pushed into the wardrobes. Bedroom window locked and unable to be opened to allow cross ventilation.

car parking spaces where a bit small. apartment could use a deep clean. it was clean but the base boards were dirty. No where in the shower for soap etc except the floor.

shame that the property had not been given a good clean and broken items not fixed like the toilet system, breakfast bar stools, remote controls and bedroom light fixtures. balcony very dirty and chairs + table the clothes rack is so rusted you could never use it as your clothes would be stained with rust.

The apartment is spacious, well appointed and literally across the road from the beach and just down the road from the shops, cafes and restaurants. Whist it's positioned on a busy road, the noise does not disturb at all if the sliding doors are closes especially as the two large bedrooms with fans are at the back of the apartment. Also there is very little to zero traffic at night. Bathroom with bath and shower and separate toilet.

It was really very dirty. Mould in the shower. Basin only rinsed but had not been properly cleaned in a very long time. Scum built up around taps and plug etc. Mugs in the cupboard filled with dirt/unwashed. Bed linen and towels were fresh and clean but the rest of the apartment had only been swept briefly but nothing more. When we arrived at 3.30pm, the group of cleaning staff were still there and very far from finishing so we left for several hours. We were in apartment 14 (no lift so a couple of floors to climb). The stairwell is very dirty and smelt quite bad. It wasn't vacuumed once during our 6 night stay. I recommend changing your cleaning company, they are doing your apartment a disservice. If you'd like I can provide photos. Once the apartment has had a deep clean - it'll be the perfect holiday apartment.

The kettle was broken the tv antenna cord was broken numerous internal doors were damabfed and would not close properly and the lamps in the bedroom had small holes in the shade. This was disappointing as the unit was nice and needs some attention to detail

Dirtiest place I've ever stayed in. At over $600 a night I expected way more. Staff said to send an email. That doesn't help with the 3 hours cleaning we had to do to make it livable. The washing machine is a health hazard. We looked for alternative accomodation but as it was Christmas everything was booked.
