Another bath towel and a normal size fry pan would be perfect but not a big deal at all

all mod cons , convenient location, 2 bathrooms, balconies with views to beach, functional furniture, decent sized tv

Perfect location.Spacious with lovely view. Very comfortable and good value. Staff so accommodating and friendly.. Facilities good, pool,pool room small gym.

Its a little tired and needs a slight touch up.Curtains had holes and no sheer curtains for privacy so couldn't open the bedroom ones as neighbours could see right in.No mattress protectors and bathroom window was dirty..No instructions for TV .

Aircon wasn’t very cool and even though numbers went down on the screen ,it stayed the same NOT COOL TEMP !!!! so obviously fixed temp to save on electricity…verandah sliding door latch was broken so couldn’t lock door, lucky I was on 8th floor.. so not secure….spacious unit and clean but unit is just a little tired , expected a little more for the price ..

Location is great, accross the road from the beach and within walking distance to shops and cafes. Beds are comfy.

Apartment is old and in need of a good clean. Photos shown are of numerous different apartments so assuming there are a few available. Screens and bathrooms in particular are dirty and grouting really grubby. You can hear everything from the apartment above, literally everything! The pool is directly below and understandably noisy, but extremely loud at times including bang on 7am! No hand towels either.

stains on a pillowcase found on arrival, wet clothing found inside the washing machine, litter found in one of the bedrooms.

The unit was not what was advertised, the ensuite was mouldy, paint pealing off the ceiling and taps, tiles were cracked. Main bathroom was mouldy, bath had a big crack in the middle and we think the water was leaking into the hallway which had a hole in the wall near the floor and the bathrooms advertised were both supposed to be walk in showers. Tiles cracked on the kitchen floor, lights on balcony didn’t work, main bedroom bed base was extremely worn (material ripped), the floors needed a good clean. Please note we took photos of all. When we told management about they offered to have it cleaned straight away.
