Great location and good gym across the road. Massage at the spa was magnificent.
They did not include breakfast like they used to at one of the restaurants in the Marina. Cookshop was open, they could provide breakfast included there like they used to. The room flooring needs to be better cleaned, my bare feet got dirty.

5 star to me close to a otopark that charge 100 turkish for 24 hours
The yalikavak marina club is 5 minutes walking which all the gr8 restaurants are there.

great location, right next to the marina.
don’t go if not high season (mid-June - mid September) - everything is closed there and we had to get taxis to town. room had no light. very loud in the morning, you could hear everything from other rooms.

The staff were lovely and tried to help with any questions. The rooms were a good size if a little dated and there was no a/c - rooms were cleaned in a prompt way the room safe was big enough to take a laptop and the internet with high speed enough to download and run live streaming easily without interuption.
The rooms were a little dated but spacious, it should be made clear that the restaurant and gym are not on site but across the road - close but a little annoying and there is no real outside space to sit, rooms had no balcony, the windows were small in high season could be quite stuffy I would think. The taxi pick up from the airport was good but very expensive for the distance compared with other locations in Turkey.

Check out at 12 but our flight was not until 9 pm and they allowed us to checkout late with no extra charges. Very friendly staff.

This was a plesant stay in a lovely location. Staff were terrifically kind and helpful! The spa was enjoyable and the masseuse fantastic!
The cleanliness of the unit could be improved. The room smelled a bit of smoke, the sheets were clean but stained. The bathroom was tiny and arranged in a way that it would be a tight fit for a large person to stand at the sink and have the door closed. A new mattress is in order as ours we as very saggy.

it was no hot water in our room. all the attempts to fix it filed. all 5 of us went on the way without taking shower. no discount, or noticeable apologies was offered.

Very nice boutique hotel. Staff is very friendly and the rooms are big and clean. A very close walk to the Marina makes the location excellent.

The location is great and it’s very close by to marina. Rooms are big enough and clean.
Breakfast is fantastic with great variety. Staff extremely polite and ready to help you with any inquiry or request.
Although location is great for marina, it’s also a bit noisy as it’s on main road. And shower room / bathroom is a bit small but main area is comfortable enough for space.

Perfectly located on a quiet street and a impeccable cleanliness, this boutique hotel it is the "little brother" of Marina Beach Hotel.
Just a few steps from the most luxurious Marina in Turkey.
Staff very friendly,respectful, kind and helpful. Special thanks to Ismail and Senih. I apologize to those whose names i don't know and i also thank them for everything.
From everything i've seen in Yalikavak here you will find the most beautiful beach with the clearest water and whitest sand, very well maintained and also with a respectful and kind staff.
