Great location

Clean, easy to find and great family host

Great spot right near the beach, nice sized rooms with comfortable beds and AC that keeps you nice and cool! Great views from the top patio area, would highly recommend staying here!

Great guest house and excellent breakfast !

the room was very clean and spacious. we had a big balcony with an incredible view on the ocean and the coconut tree hill. the rooftop also offers a kitchen to use. the owner was super nice and helped us organising snorkeling with turtles. the turtle beach is straight across the street but the main mirissa beach is a ten minute walk.

it is a little bit noisy because the street is very busy

The room was nice enough as was the balcony. I think I misunderstood reviews and expected it to be beach front which it was not. There is a path going down from the beach so a very short walk to the beach, it was not at all a big deal but I expected something different. Bed was very comfortable. The family that runs the place is absolutely lovely, and happy to help if you need anything but they are hands off. Which was really fine for us.

It was a bit far from center for me and what I was looking for, but could be perfect for others because it is quite close to the beach.

Nice and friendly stay. Good and comfortable rooms and good breakfast. Walking distance to the beach and to the main restaurants.

Massime difference between the room rates, I would advise choose the most expensive one.
