In a walking distance from the beach
Fully air conditioned
Bathrooms for all 5 bedrooms
Noisy complex because of the young people vacationing in the nearby houses
Also there is a problem with spiders ! You need to bring an exterminator!
The Wi-Fi was not working in the basement and top floor !

The unit had major maintenance issues. The bbq was damaged had to rebuild it. The electricity kept tripping. The dishwasher did not work. The unit is in dire need of maintenance. For the price one would expect proper Maintenace. Poor show

Great location.
Villas are coolly equipped, have everything for music, barbecues, swimming, cooking at home, etc.
Plenty of room, air conditioning works well.
Host tries to resolve issues quickly (Arina, thank you)
Two things drove us mad
1) Cockroaches. There are a lot of them. At one point there were so many that they were even in the bedroom. After we showed this - we were moved to another villa. It was better and it smoothed the impression, although there were cockroaches there too. But there were significantly fewer of them.
2) Noise. In the neighboring villas were constantly drinking until morning. People were singing, shouting, playing music. So I can't recommend this place at all for a vacation with the family. Almost every night we had to ask our neighbors to keep it down.

The villa has a nice location, close to the beach and restaurants
I have been to Cyprus 8 times and this time there was the most terrible service
1. The villa needs renovation. Doors and beds creak.
2. There's mold in the tub
3. The drain in the bathtub did not work and the door did not close, the technical service came only after two weeks
4. The technical service came during our absence without warning
5. Every night and every day the neighbors had parties. The music was playing very loud, they were shouting and having fun. It is not possible to sleep
6. It was very noisy from 20.00 to 4/5 in the morning. The administration pretended that nothing was happening and did not solve the issue with noise in any way
7. There were cockroaches in the kitchen and in the bathtub. When we complained to the administration, they said that it was mosquitoes.
8. The villa administration is not interested in the comfort of guests.

the location is perfect. Close to the sea, shops,restaurants.
The villa has everything you need and more. The pool area was great.The crew was friendly and was always there to solve any problem that came up. A perfect place for a family holiday.
The furniture is a bit out dated.
The rooms and bathrooms downststairs could do with a little renovation.

the sauna, the tennis table, and the pool bar, and they had all the BBq equipment.
The communication with the hosts could have been better, Their response time was very long, nevertheless, they still answered.

This villa is in a good condition! There are all facilities that you can need. Perfect location, hot jacuzzi, good sauna, barbecue zone, swimming pool and contactless settlement. Really good villa for relaxing!
we had some problems with jacuzzi. we couldn’t set hot temperatures and called maintenance man for help. Unfortunately he didn’t help us. After I found manual for jacuzzi in the internet and fixed it.

We stayed with a big group of friends (adults and children) in the Villa 9 in the beginning of January 2023. It was unforgettable weekend, and we're happy that we have chosen this Villa. Location is ideal - very close to the seafront promenade and to the shop and main street (although in January Protaras is a very quite place, so even with neighbour villas it was not loud at all).
The Villa is full of many convenient things which are not even expected when you rent a house but carefully provided here, very spacious clean rooms, all as described. The house is quite modern and very warm in a winter time. We appreciated a trampoline, jakuzi/hottub outside, sauna inside, airhockey. Lots of sitting place inside and outside. It feels that the owners take care of everything to keep it in a very good condition.
One thing that we did not pay much attention to is the fact that one of the bedrooms downstairs is located together with the sauna, so after using sauna is gets very hot in that bedroom and not comfortable to sleep. So definitely this requires refreshing (maybe to turn the aircon on before going to sleep) but our friends in that room did not get this straight away. Just keep this in mind when you check-in and accommodate in the basement. The description does have this information about the basement room, so I do not have questions to the owners.

The villa is even better than on the pictures! Everything was here for us to enjoy our stay and it worked! I'll come back here without hesitating!

EVERYTHING WAS AMAZING! The property was super clean, organised, fully complete. it was provided with everything listed. it met all my expectations, and even above them!

Villa was a good size and well equipped. Very clean. The location was amazing. Check in and out was easy.
The description of facilities wasn't accurate. We didn't have games machines as promised. Quite a few things were broken or missing, like blinds, TV remotes missing, sauna not working. We enjoyed our stay despite this.

We were in villa 5. The villa is in a very nice location. Everything according to the pictures. The villa was equipped with everything. The weather is excellent 20-23 degrees.
The jacuzzi was heated on the last day, so we couldn't use it.

Good location
Pool was good however some tiles were broken
The basement bathroom tub was leaking and we had to clean it of all the water as there was danger of someone slipping. Maintenance guys were not picking up the phone, one guy did pick up and advised that he was on vacation and please call another one , other one was not picking up the phone. Frequent power failure on 23rd morning and no one was attending even after repeated phone calls.
Was expecting better and for the money poaid this is no value

The location of the villa was really good, short walking distance to two wonderful beaches. One of them is famous Fig Tree Bay.
The host of the villa was really kind, the response to our complaints regarding some appliances was very fast and efficient.
The pool, hottub, barbecue, bar, pinball machine, there is a lot to do during your stay.
Two of the rooms are in the basement with no access to daylight and also full of cockroaches! Very unpleasant experience for our friends.
During our 12 days stay, the cleaning service visited us only once on the 9th day and they just informed us that they can schedule their cleaning when we will be out of the villa so we told them that it will not be needed as we were close to leaving anyway by then,
The location is close to the center, but it makes it very loud so it is hard to sleep before 3am.

Stayed in villa no.10 with a group of friends in January. We especially enjoyed its excellent outdoor spaces and proximity to the beach. The property was clean and was equipped with everything we needed. Would happily return in the future!
We lost power twice in the basement and in a few of the sockets in the kitchen, but both times it came back on as we were calling the maintenance number (We checked both fuse boxes but they were all switched on). And one of the sliding doors to the garden was faulty so we couldn't lock it.
