Loved this place it’s in a great location 5 min walk from centre. Staff are so helpful and kind. There’s a mini market basically 7/11 outside the reception which is very convenient. Pools lovely and cool. Rooms are spacious and good AC

Nothing major just some Swimming lessons and diving in the pool so can’t always use it.

Room was a good size and the bed was comfy. The room comes with a fridge, kettle, and bowls/forks and spoons. You also get pool towels. Decent size balcony. When room was cleaned it was done well. Easy walk into town, probably 4 minutes so not essential to have a scooter but we did hire one for 3 days and this was prefect to see more of the island. Cheap laundry at 40 baht per kg. Also got picked up from the pier at a good rate of 100 baht per person. Staff were friendly. The 24hour shop on site sells super cheap beer.

When we arrived after the check time of 14:00pm they were still cleaning our room, and unfortunately the forks and spoons provided hadn’t been cleaned at all, however when asked for them to be cleaned this was done quickly. There was no info provided about Wi-Fi etc. We had a few weird experiences with the cleaning system. If you wish for your room to be cleaned you have to leave your room key in the basket at reception before 12midday and once it’s cleaned they move it to another basket so you can collect when you come back. One day we left the key in the ‘to be cleaned’ basket and when we came back it hadn’t even been touched, even though it had been moved to the ‘cleaned’ basket…I went to reception to ask and one of the ladies just apologised and said she would it tomorrow. Tomorrow comes around and the same situation occurs, our key was left in the basket before 12 midday and when we came back all they had done was made the bed, non of the bins had been emptied, no toilet roll replaced, no water replaced etc, so I went to reception and asked that the room be done as this was two days in a row. It was done within 30 mins but the staff didn’t look very pleased that they had been asked to do it! We didn’t have any issues after this but it was very frustrating seeing as we were staying there for 9 nights! You constantly have to ask for toilet paper and bottled water, why not just leave it outside peoples rooms if they don’t need a full room clean? Surely it would make everything easier for guests and staff included! Also had to pay a 1000 baht deposit for the room key which is the highest we’ve ever paid!

מלון די מיושן אבל סהכ בסדר. מיקום טוב - 5 דקות הליכה מהרחוב המרכזי ומרצועת החוף, ככה שנהנים מהשקט של המרחק אבל תוך זמן קצר אפשר להיות במרכז העניינים. יש מינימרקט שפתוח 24/7 בתוך המלון שזה ממש נוח. החדרים נקיים ומאובזרים.

המלון מיושן, מקלחת די ישנה ומבאסת. הוילונות לא אטמו את האור כמו שצריך אז קמנו מוקדם כל בוקר. לא תמיד יש מישהו בקבלה שאפשר לפנות אליו אבל באופן כללי הצוות כן נחמד ומנסה לעזור במה שאפשר.

Lovey quiet room just a few minutes walk from the centre of SaiRee. A little shop is on site for all your basic needs. Family run business and nothing was too much trouble. I would definitely stay there again.

Staff at reception were very friendly. Room was clean. 10 minute walk to Sairee Beach. Balcony was big with nice views. Supermarket on site. Pool was nice and big.

Rooms not soundproof. Rooms didnt get cleaned unless we asked for it (getting fresh towels, restock toilet roll etc). Bed was short in length.

Staff were so lovely and very helpful, booked all our transport for us and gave us a free taxi included to the pier. We asked them very last minute to help us find a bus to khao sok as online said sold out! They said they can book us on a bus no problem :) The rooms are very big and have lovely balcony’s. Very clean rooms and nice view. Good pool and has mini market on site open 24/7 very handy. Laundry service very good too. Location was so good, 10 minute walk to the beach and main area of sairee beach! Couldve stayed here much longer!

Had trouble setting aircon up to begin with and our tv didnt work but wasnt an issue.
