By the Bay Beautiful and Quiet 4 Bedroom Shore House with Fenced In Back Yard
Dieses 4 Schlafzimmer bietet Platz für 4 Erwachsene und 4 Kinder. Es ist ein Haus von oben nach unten (die Küche befindet sich im Obergeschoss) mit einer offenen Gewölbeküche / einem Familienzimmer. Im Obergeschoss befindet sich ein Deck mit 2 Liegestühlen und einem Gasgrill, der vom Familienzimmer aus zugänglich ist (und von diesem Deck aus können Sie ab dem 4. Juli bis zum Labor Day jeden Freitag um 22:00 Uhr das Feuerwerk von Morey's Piers sehen).
Das Hauptschlafzimmer verfügt über einen begehbaren Kleiderschrank und ein eigenes Bad. Das Bett ist ein Kingsize-Himmelbett von Tommy Bahama mit einer sehr bequemen Matratze.
Das andere Schlafzimmer im Obergeschoss verfügt über 2 Etagenbetten mit Memory Foam-Matratzen. Es enthält einen kleinen Sitz- / Spielbereich für die Kinder.
Unten finden Sie ein weiteres Fernsehzimmer und 2 Schlafzimmer (Queensize-Bett in einem und ein weiteres Etagenbett in dem anderen). Beide Schlafzimmer haben Türen zum Achterdeck und sind im Hinterhof eingezäunt.
Der Hinterhof hat mehrere Stühle auf dem Achterdeck und 2 Liegestühle mit einem riesigen Sonnenschirm für Schatten. Es gibt auch eine Außendusche, um den Sand vom Strand abzuwaschen.
Es gibt eine Auffahrt und kostenlose Parkplätze an der Straße.
Der Strand ist 5 Blocks entfernt.

My husband and I stayed here with our two kids along with our niece and nephews ( 7 total) and our two dogs . House set up was perfect. Plenty of room to spread out. Close prioximity to boardwalk so teenagers could have freedom come and go when they pleased . However far enough away from the boardwalk that you didn’t have the crowds.

Had a great week staying here, host was very responsive and the location and condition of the house was exactly as described. Especially loved the acces to the track across the street for workouts.
The beach and boardwalk are walkable, but if youre planning on hanging out at the beach for a while I'd factor in riding bikes or driving there. The Wildwood boardwalk is unique, very active, bit you can opt to turn right insyead of left when you get there to enjoy a more chill environment.
Also, when you get access to the house, download the app for the door locks before you request additonal codes...this host is on it (which is awesome) and its easier to have the app downloaded before he gets access to anyone else that needs it in your party.
Overall...great stay and loved the house!

We love this home. Beautiful and just as described. We stay here each time we come for gymnastics competition. Location is perfect and Jonathon is very helpful and accommodating. Will be back again soon.

Every year Connie and I went to Cape May after Thanksgiving. We lost Connie to Covid in 2020. In her memory of Connie my family and I are continuing to come to Cape May and do the same things Connie and I used to do together.

The experience was great. We had two familes (4 adults + 3 children between 3-5 + 1 small dog) and there was plenty of room. The property is great and location close enough to walk to beach if you choose (~12 mins) but quick/easy drive. We had some minor questions/normal wear items in the house and host was incredibly responsive throughout. No major issues and really comfortable home!

The location was convenient to everything but far enough away from the boardwalk to be away from the noise at night. There was plenty of room for all eight family members and the common areas were spacious.

This house was above expectation. Very clean, owner was friendly and responded immediately. We woke early and drove to the boardwalk. Loved “The Waterfront” food, walking distance and short drive to Cape May. Backyard and front deck were both perfect relaxing retreats.

Jonathan’s home was very spacious with a fully equipped kitchen. Master bed was comfortable and made for a nice night sleep.
We will be looking at going back when the weather is warmer so we can enjoy all of the outdoor space that is available.

This is a beautifully furnished property, comfortable, and in a quiet neighborhood of Wildwood. We were delighted. Our host was helpful in every way. Unlike many properties we looked at in New Jersey, this home was well-provided with the basic necessities - bed linens, pillows, blankets, towels and paper products, and kitchen utensils.

This is a beautifully decorated home in a relatively quiet neighborhood. It's right across from sports fields so there is some activity during the day but it is quiet at night. Well away from the activities at the convention center and boardwalk. We were only staying 2 nights so I really appreciated that bedding, towels, paper products, and trash bags were provided. The key app was convenient and worked well overall.

Fantastic property in a quiet residential street. Living room deck overlooks the sports fields and there is always something going on during the day. Also back garden is great for a leisurely evening cooking on the grill and enjoying a glass of wine.

This is my family's second stay at this beautiful property. We enjoyed it so much during a spring break trip, that we were thrilled to be able to get it for a late summer vacation.
There's not much more that I can add to all of the wonderful reviews already posted here. It is a beautiful, well kept, spacious home, in a very quiet neighborhood. Jonathan is an amazing and attentive host.
The fireworks being visible from the peaceful 2nd floor deck of the residence was also a welcomed unexpected bonus!

We loved our stay. The house was just what we needed for our family vacation. The communication with Jonathan was perfect. Anytime we reached out, he responded and he gave friendly reminders to what his expectations were of the property. Property is gorgeous and is a great location. Would highly recommend!

We loved our vacation. Very quiet neighborhood, house was clean. Little quirks but we over came with no problem. Thank you Jonathan for allowing us to rent your beautiful home. Our family of eight and furry friends had a fabulous time at this property. Very well maintained with great location with plenty of parking. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed.. The fenced in backyard was nice and spacious with a nice size table, bbq grill and outside shower. The house was beautifully decorated and the rooms were spacious. One of the nicest houses we ever stayed at. We would highly recommend staying at this property.

Great place to stay in Wildwood
The house is on a quiet block near the bay in Wildwood and was accurately represented here. For our purposed, the location was great. The amenities were great and the house had all of the little things most people need for a stay. We really liked the deck and the backyard, which is nicely finished. Communication with Jonathan was detailed and went very smoothly.

GREAT LOCATION
This home was amazing! We were here for the Gymnastics Competition and decided to make a long weekend out of it. It was very comfortable and cozy and our family enjoyed every minute! Very well equipped with any necessities we may have needed! The furniture was nice and comfortable as well as the beds! This house definitely gets five stars from us! Thank you so much!

I personally feel like pictures don’t do this house justice! It was absolutely beautiful, fully stocked, extremely clean, and Jonathan made everything so simple. We absolutely would come back and location was perfect to the dog park which is one of the main reasons we came with our pups. The fenced in yard also made everything even better for us. Highly recommend.
