Location was great, very clean room, great working shower, comfy beds, staff were friendly.

Our room was facing the traffic so it was quite loud at night. 10:30 check out is quite early. 11 would be better.

The room and beds are so small. If you are a little fat, it is hard to fit them. I am just 60 kg 180 cm man and I hit my knee to the wall several times because of the size of the bed. There is no fridge. There is no table, drinkable water, kettle. There is no desk. As a remote worker, I could not use my laptop in the room. There is no lift. The stairs are so narrow. It is hard to carry your baggage. They charged 50 pounds cash as deposit, it is the first time I have seen something like that. The rooms are so close to each other. it was not a pleasant experience. Never again.

Nothing bad at all

An enjoyable and comfortable stay in a very spacious room which was located in a great central position near Liverpool Lime Street station. I would like to take this opportunity to thank Riley’s for providing affordable accommodation during Eurovision when other prices were hiked to ridiculous amounts. It made it possible for us to go. Also thanks to James who looked after us during our stay.

We had a warm welcome from Debbie. Throughout our short stay nothing was too much trouble for the owner and his staff and they were always freely offering information to make our stay even more enjoyable. We stayed in the treble room. Our room was spotless clean and the beds really comfortable and nice white, quality bedding. Taller storage would be an advantage. We had a nice big tv. Although compact, the shower room was new, clean, bright and the shower itself was lovely. The location was great,.... perfect for our needs. The drinks machine on the landing was good value.

When the windows are open at night, it can be noisy. The double glazing is very effective. A fan would be needed in warmer weather. Disappointing view, but we were hardly in the room. We would happily stay again.

the check in was comfortable and they receive us before the time. the staff was decent and the location is awesome. good value for money.

Actually the check out time its in 11 oclock and one of the staff came and asked us 10:10 to leave in 10:30... there is one bed near a heater and its working in several hours without warning..

It was my sons 10th birthday and they decorated our room and provided cake and drinks. Very kind of them and much appreciated.

To charge £152 for this room is simply robbery. The rooms are small and hot and do not even have a full size double beds. Felt totally ripped off. And the fact it is on your site for £52 tonight kind of confirms that

Billy and Debi were great hosts, very welcoming and were able to let us check in early which was a bonus especially with my two children with me. Room was cosy and very clean, comfy beds also. Great location to get around Liverpool.
