Location and Wi-Fi good, staff friendly

Asked for 2 single beds but they were pushed together making a double and couldn’t be moved. Breakfast really wasn’t that good, on both days they had no cups for coffee or glasses for orange juice. Scrambled eggs were also an interesting colour.

Purple decor (walls and curtins) in the room were a little scruffy and made the room very dark. Room only had 2 spare power sockets and neither were on the bedside tables. Personally, not keen on carpets in rooms, as difficult to keep looking pristine (as was the case) No biscuits on the tea and coffee making tray was disappointing

1. Luke warm breakfast 2. Poor reception experience 3. We had to chase our beds being turned into a double and it took an hour 4. I asked for my suite to be pressed and was told couldn’t offer me the service despite it being advertised in our rooms 5. Reception and bar area smelt like dirty drains 6. For nearly 2 hours in the morning a sound like air trapped in pipes was going off very loud 7. Chipped glasses 8. When told 2 of my colleagues were leaving a day early due to their room having no air conditioning there was no apology or anything 9. Poor bar service and had to chase coffees and drinks twice and staff didn’t know what they were doing 10. No management 11. Dirty public areas with drinks left on landings for over 8 hours 12. Breakfast over priced

Location was good

The place was not clean, rooms, breakfast tables were not cleaned between users with cutlery being placed on dirty tables. The bathroom had broken floor tiles, which were dangerous!

The location was great breakfast was a delight

The beds were placed together to form a king size but was not zipped so during the night they kept coming apart We told reception but nothing ever happened

Room was lovely and looked over the river.

Asked for more money for a river view before going but got one anyway.

Good location, easy check in&out. Rooms very clean.

No plug sockets near the bed. Only 3 in the room far away from the bed. Heating in the room did not work so a heater was brought to us which then took up another socket. Room was very cold through the night. Breakfast extremely overpriced and not hot. Was kept slightly warm then got back to table and it was flat cold. Not good value for money at all.

standard room was worn out & needed some updating. cracked bathroom tiles. no windows to open. room was cold lack of heating. no extra pillows etc.

The property was clean and had good amenities. The bed was really comfortable too!

The decor was outdated, we booked a premium river view room but only got superior room. We wanted to order room service but there was no menu in the room and we could hear the elevator and other people throughout the night.

Bed was very comfortable and made for a good night's sleep. Complimentary water was a bonus and the shower/bath products smell lovely

On arrival to the room there was an empty plate and an empty bottle of wine left outside the door. When I returned in the evening, these had been moved but it looked like the bottle had been broken as there was broken glass in the corridor outside the room. The room itself wasn't very clean, there was some marks inside the toilet I had to wash away, a bobby pin behind the bathroom door from a previous guest, mark on a towel. The ironing board was also not level which meant every time the iron was placed on it, it would wobble and caused the iron to move, could easily tip and burn someone! In general the hotel looks very tired and dated. Much nicer hotels close by for the same sort of price

desperately in need of an update throughout. pool very small and cold. had requested twin beds - not provided. work going on in room next to us - hammering, drilling, very noisy, asked to be moved, didn’t happen.

Staff were friendly. Quick and easy check in.

The hotel was not of Radisson Blu standard. We have stayed at many of your hotels and this one was disappointing. Buckets to catch rain water in reception from leaky roof. One lift working other not even a notice to advise it was out of order. Ladies toilet in reception not working but most of all we could not believe the poor state of the pool facilities. Walls with paint coming off, jacuzzi cold as was pool in a bid to save on costs no doubt. Handle missing on sauna door had to pull it open by the remaining screw. Pool area felt dirty and was not an enjoyable experience. I’ve seen public swimming pools look better and more inviting. Overall hotel needs money spent in it desperately or alternatively review your high prices for the rooms and bring cost down to a budget hotel.

This was a nice location with Friendly staff. Rooms were very tidy and comfortable beds too.

The breakfast could have been a bit hotter and the hotel should look into offering free parking or at least a discounted rate

The hotel was very clean and the room was very comfortable to stay in. The bathroom was well equipped with toiletries and fresh, clean towels throughout my stay. Breakfast was delicious and the staff were all friendly and very helpful in making my trip comfortable.

There was nothing unpleasant about my stay. The only thing I found was that the windows didn't open, however as a non-smoking hotel I can understand why that is to encourage people not to smoke in the rooms which I am thankful for.

Everything was easy and straight forward. Room was clean and comfortable. Staff and bar staff were helpful.
