Great Location, staff friendly and good free coffee and bed comfy.

Pillows bit soft for us. Also I can’t say how many times we both banged our heads off that big light just in way of the table and on the way to where shower room is.

Comfy bed, good shower, great staff and good food. Close to Kunst Museum and tram stops nearby. Easy to get to Basel SBB and Bad railway stations.

Be nice to have a wardrobe

Good central location, between historic heart of the city and the main railway station. Very happening restaurant on the ground floor but the bedrooms are quiet. You get a free pass on local transport in the price of your accommodation. Special mention should be made of the breakfast which is excellent, with an impressive range of continental provisions and the unique self serve scrambled egg machine! Staff are all charming and helpful.

Rooms aren't that impressive considering the price, but excellent comfy bed, linens and bathroom compensate, the latter with Occitane products. Free coffee/tea station in the lobby area.

Absolutely fantastic hotel design, kindest staff, convenient location, l'occitane as a cosmetics, comfy bed, great restaurant, free snacks and coffee, they even offer waterproof bags for swimming with. One of the best hotels we stayed in.

Einrichtung, aber vor allem die Lage

Parkgarage ist ein disaster. Komme mit Auto nie wieder. Zimmer war sehr heiss trotz offenerem Fenster.

Colles Design im ganzen Hotel.

Schade war, dass es beim insgesamt tollen Frühstücksbuffet keine Eierspeisen gab. Zudem hing in unserem Zimmer eine Leuchte von der Decke, die zwar schön war, aber sehr gross und rund und v.a. mitten im Weg zum Badezimmer. Mein Mann hat sich mehrfach daran gestossen.
