Friendly staff couldn’t do enough to help throughout our stay. Good breakfast. Spacious room.

Could have been a little bit cleaner in the room, damp on ceiling but wasn’t too noticeable.

This was my second stay and it felt like coming home. Actually, I had that same feeling the first time 🙂. Staff is fantastic, room is great, atmosphere is a quiet haven.

The attached restaurant had changed since last time, which I felt is a pity since I liked the previous one better, which therefore also goes for the breakfast.

Our room was spacious and very clean. The pool area was very relaxing after a long morning exploring the area. The staff would bring us cold fruit infused water to our beds as we relaxed, such a nice touch.

The property was beautiful, it had everything we needed and the people working there were so nice and helpful that we had the perfect stay!

Super nice hotel and very friendly staff that was very accommodating. We stayed 9 days and we felt almost like at home as the room was spacious and had everything for the comfortable stay! Pajamas, bottled water every day in the room, anti mosquito spray, afternoon tea and local snacks were included in the price! The bed was comfy. Absolutely amazing pool! Location was super busy! if you’re looking for a calm place it might be a bit annoying, but on the territory of hotel it’s pretty quiet! and it’s also a lot of nice restaurants around!

They need to improve there restaurant and menu. Although we did enjoy a few dishes the breakfast was a bit mediocre.

We stayed for 5 nights at Sapodilla Ubud for our honeymoon. It was a great pleasure to stay there. Sapodilla has a good location , it has a lot of restaurants nearby from different cuisines. Also very close location to monkey forest. For other locations around Ubud they are ready to help you with shuttle service (drop and pick up). They provide a cell phone to you for pick up service. Sapodilla also have a nice pool and rooms are spacious and clean. But best thing was Sapodilla team , they are very friendly and ready to help you with everything. My birthday was during our stay at Sapodilla , even though me or my wife didn’t mention about it they made a surprise to us with birthday cake and some decorations. We felt really happy and surprised. We recommend Sapodilla for Ubud holiday , it has a good location , facilities , services and most importantly a friendly team that is ready to help. If we ever visit Ubud again we wish to stay here again

The staff were fantastic. Very friendly and took the time to talk and be pleasant at all times. I cannot say enough about the interactions I had with either Rasmini, Eka and Kiap. They are a credit to the company and most importantly a credit to themselves.

Probably the best hotel I have ever stayed in! location wise absolutely great. Staff was super helpful and sweet, made our stay stress-free and organised for us everything we asked for. The room was beautiful, clean and the bed very comfortable after a long day of exploring ubud. Ticked all the boxes for us and would happily come back!

This was our second hotel we stayed in Bali and we were blown away by the hospitality and friendliness of the staff here as well. Beautiful hotel rooms, stylish and modern with some traditional Balinese elements. The staff here goes above and beyond helping you, making you feel at home and genuinely showing interest in your experiences and activities (which they can also help arrange). The free shuttle and transport saved us a few times in the heat and madness that lied just outside this lush oasis. The traffic was crazy in Ubud, so walking is def faster and we were close to everything we wanted to see. The location was excellent, and even though it's very busy in the main road, you are surrounded by beautiful plants, birdsong and tranquility in the hotel. The pool was fantastic after exploring on a hot day - the pool water here was also colder which really helped to cool down. The restaurant also had a vegan breakfast menu that we were delighted by and the service here was just as good. Superb hotel, beautiful staff and a must experience if in Ubud. Take us back.

Absolutely nothing.

The room was beautiful, bed comfortable, ac was amazing, and staff was so attentive. It is tucked away so it is nice and quite but right alongside an amazing area of ubud and so close to attractions and bars. They provide you with a phone so they are always reachable, even if you don’t have a sim. What stood out so much was you can use it to call when for rides too and from the bars near by and monkey forest etc! They also made my birthday extra special with flowers on the bed and cupcakes at the door. They top up water free of charge everyday ( multiple bottles) and just think of all the little extras when it comes to an accom. Breakfast also had a great variety if you choose to have it included. Also, the coffee shop next door is unbeatable! Definitely recommend this property for a stay in ubud!

a really cosy, clean and superchill place in the heart of Ubud. it’s really wel located. the staff is almost too friendly ;). you can whatsapp with them during your stay and they will help you with everything. loved it here.

The pool was lovely, with a beautifully maintained garden. The staff went above and beyond!

Staff was very helpful and went the extra mile to help with some requests. Breakfast can be served to your room directly, plenty of options available. Room was large and comfortable, pool also looks inviting for a swim in.

A distance away from the main centre of Ubud where the bars/cafes are located, but still a nice neighborhood to walk around in.

It was a beautiful hotel with everything you could need , felt like home .Whenever you went to the pool the hotel staff would bring you out a towel and a cold drink . The staff were absolutely lovely and very attentive, I would definitely recommend

1. the staffs are incredibly helpful. contacted laundry service for me when theirs are not working during the local celebration. provided a lot of advice and helped with booking. 2. provide pickup and drop off in Ubud area. it’s like having a team of chauffeur on demand. 3. quiet yet in a convenient location. walkable to monkey forest 4. clean room and facilities

Such a nice boutique hotel. The staff were friendly and helped us with every issue we had. The room was big and comfortable and the bathroom was stylish. They even had a free shuttle to the city center. Highly recommended.

The hotel is in an excellent location and the staff are incredibly friendly. The room is tidy and clean.

Nice location, comfortable and clean room, the mosquito net is very handy and the staff are nice.

There is room for improvement in terms of breakfast choices, I was fine with it but for those who are used to continental breakfast there is limited choice.

We loved it, it is a perfect small hotel with a unique homely feeling. The room was stylish and comfortable,and the bath & shower were great. We stayed in the 2nd floor and had a balcony with a nice view over trees. The pool area was perfect for relaxing and was never too crowded. But the best is really the staff, everyone was so welcoming and helpful, and they organized everything for us: transfers, scooter rental, anything you need. They were really exceptional and made us feel at home. There are many good restaurants and a great spa within 5 min walk and you can take free shuttle to centre which is like 5 min drive. Do yourself a favour and stay here when in Ubud :)

The room was quiet and amenities were great for its price and the staff is just amazing! it’s walking distance from the Yoga barn. I’m definitely staying here again if I go back to Bali

We stayed here during our stay in ubud. The location is excellent with lots of great restaurants and cafes within walking distance. The staff were wonderful, so friendly and welcoming. They also offer a service where they will drop and pick you up from anywhere in ubud which was amazingly convenient and saved us from getting soaked in the rain a couple of times! The breakfast was great and they also offer a complimentary afternoon tea with sweet and savoury snack which was a great surprise and a perfect afternoon pick me up.

We just love the friendly staff, the amazing pool and surroundings, a totally awesome experience. Thank you
