The staff was very friendly and smiling face. The receptionist lady was very good. Over all nice place to stay.

Just AC was not working properly, please change it for future customers.

Paid for an extra day to check in as my arrival was by 0430 reached the property at same time but doors were locked and no one responded to calls had to leave the place and came back at after noon for check in .However a days charge was deducted

The rooms were very dull and stuffy.

I liked the fact that there was plenty of drinking water and towels etc provided. TV was working fine

The bathroom was stinking and bucket was dirty. There was a cockroach in the cupboard. The sheets were ink-stained and the kettle was dirty with old food debris.

Cleanliness is somewhat required, there were cockroaches in the room, and the room walls are dampened, which makes you feel dull

The location was very very convenient .....one of the best things about the hotel...... the entire staff was very helpful and the service was excellent

There were no hooks to hang clothes or wet towels or hand towels in the bathroom.......faulty fixtures should be fixed whenever a guest leaves for the next guest .......there should be hangars in the cupboard which should have a lock some kind of table should be provided for suitcases....

I think my reply in the below comments will clarify what I wanted.

Overall the property didn't come anywhere near to our expectation or comfort level. The staff were incompetent in terms of addressing our requests. Our room bathrooms were leaking, and the hot water supply was not there and had to wait hours to get a bucket full of hot water. Our room being superior one the TV never worked and the technician who came to sort out the matter couldn't help to set it right and after that, he never showed up. If the hotel does not address these issues, I am sure the property will lose all its clientele. I have noticed many of these so-called economical properties are addressing students and travelers who are looking for parking a night or two. My rating for this property is low and if they do not realize the mistakes pointed out, or else it is on its way to perish.

I liked only location , nothing more . Bathroom is so dirty and old rooms too. Furniture so old and all rooms need repairs. 😩. The tap in the bathroom was not working, the water was not shut off, and I asked to change the number.

The hotel is located in the perfect place nearby all the facilities so it was convenient to travel.

Our first room on the first floor smelt like cigarette smoke and was quite noisy from he restaurant next door, so the team cheerfully shifted us to a similar room on the second floor which was much better.

Rooms near the lift on the first floor can be noisy due to the restaurant next door.

Everything was okay but the hotel management shouldn’t allow smoking in the rooms , it was so suffocating to be in the room as someone who used it before us dis smoking there and even the blankets had that smell of cigarettes.
