Beautiful house in a prime location. The house is fitted out with everything you could possibly need. Private driveway and private garden. Couldn't have asked for more

The location was excellent, close to restaurants, town center and lake. Very nice and pleasant interior, well furnished and seemed to be renovated recently. Very well equipped kitchen.. Overall a great experience. Was pleased to see break, milk, chocolates etc. after a long drive. so did not have to worry about the breakfast :)

Everything was great. The first thing is tha appartment is brand new! It is far better then oin pictiures and you have everything you might need. Kitchen is big and very well fitted, the beds are comfy, wifi is super fast. Everything was great. The location is also amazing.

We loved the welcome basket and list of guides that we had when we checked in, it was really helpful and an amazing gesture by the owner. We were really hungry from our trip and the owner had a various kinds of food which was amazing Staying here we felt safe and secure as the building is quite new and well built. The check in did not require any formalities and it was so easy The rooms are amazing, quite spacious and the beds are comfortable The outdoor patio is one of the plus points of this place. Food options are just at walking distance and one can just cross the road have breathtaking views of the Llanberis lake. Would definitely recommend !!

The house is extremely well presented and was perfect for our trip to Llanberis and the surrounding area. Everything we needed was provided and made for a very comfortable and relaxing stay.

We loved our stay here, The photos give an accurate idea of what to expect, the house is modern and everything feels brand new. Located just at the end of the high street everything you need is right on your doorstep. Felt like we have found a real gem of property and would highly recommend

Everything

The property is situated at the end of the High Street which made it very convenient but not too noisy, offering very good access to shops and the nearby lake. Annie was a brilliant host with all the information prepared in a little pack for guests, and she was really thoughtful in going the extra mile to ensure our stay was really comfortable. She had come in early to ensure that our rooms were nice and warm for our arrival after a long drive, and had also prepared a well-stocked snack basket for us. The house served as a very good base to travel North Wales being within an hours drive to many locations in the area, so it was great to always be able to come home to a beautiful place after a day's outing. Annie has been a magnificent and friendly host and we wish her all the very best.

To write soemthing here would truly be nitpicking (we genuinely had a brilliant stay!) - but if we had to: we didn't notice a dryer for our clean laundry so it was quite a hassle to get our clothes nice and dry after washing our clothes during our winter stay.

Room was great and clean. we were in the middle of COVID 19 which was a little bit strange. but we had a great time

Excellent socially distance check-in and out by phone, Annie was lovely, friendly and very happy to help. The room was comfortable and warm just what we needed. The warm breakfast roll was lovely and the hamper is a great idea.

The shower area was lovely and big but if I was to be picky (which I'm not trying to be) the shower is not powerful...a perfectly adequate electric shower though...would always take low power certainly of hot water over a potential powerful cold shower though!

Nice room , great location overlooking lake and mountains. Walking distance to shops and restaurants. Good base for our excursions

Shower was too low . noisy guests talking loudly and banging doors at 1am on one of the nights.barely saw any staff, we would have liked a proper cooked breakfast rarhwr than a hamper although ok.
