The room was well equipped, clean and comfortable. The staff were very helpful and pleasant. Elegant design, functional furnishings and accessories, Hotel is close to the Las Cabanas beach and Corong-Corong beach. We loved our stay there.

The staff was pleasant and so helpful. They went above and beyond to help us with our lost luggage. The food was excellent, very convenient and the cleanliness of our loft was great.

Room was clean and the breakfast meals were delectable. Excellent service as well! Our family of 15 had the best time, thanks to the hotel staff headed by Jiekai Sosa, Marichu Gamata, & Gretchen Tagumasi. They were all very friendly, accommodating, and helpful; all our concerns and requests were addressed efficiently and smoothly. We’ll be back soon!

the staff were very helpful and polite and the hotel is clean and simple and good value for money, not far from the beach and not so far away from the best parts of corong corong (walking up and down the beach is the safer way of getting around on foot) there aren't any street lights or any sidewalks although tricycles are plentiful for short hop taxis, a good tip is to access the beach via the buko beach resort walk way and enter the rear of panorama/chabocano's restaurant and onto the sand.. breakfast is good and served in time, the balcony was large and good seating was provided outside .. the wifi was good and each floor of the hotel had separate wifi connections ..

in my room no.9 the tall free standing standard lamp was broken with bare wire showing which is dangerous.. the pair of bedside lamps were in good working order but only one side of the bed has a power socket , the 2 small chairs in the room were also slightly broken and uncomfortable to sit on but looking at the other rooms briefly they looked smaller but better furnished..the photo above doesn't look like the hotel we stayed in (maybe this is the picture of the other hotel with the same name in santa Ana)..
