property was well kept the area was so quiet and comfortable to stay in and rest the host miss Ann was so nice I arrived late at the property letting her know I would be late because when I landed I had was to go to a friend birthday party so I informed her about being late she stayed up and ensured of my arrival when I arrived at the property she was accommodating I would recommend this property miss Ann to stay my next trip to Jamaica I will be staying at miss Ann

The host was very welcoming and accommodating. She was patient even though my flight was one hour delayed. 😌 She waited for me to get there and was still patient after I took the wrong turns getting there. I was really appreciative that she had no problem with having me one extra day after I missed my flight. Thank you for having me

The bathroom was so clean and the bed was very comfortable. The kitchen was roomy as well.

Miss Ann is so sweet and made our stay extremely comfortable. The place was nice, cozy and super clean. It felt like home. I felt very safe as well. Miss Ann checked on us daily to make sure we were okay and that made us feel great. HIGHLY RECOMMEND booking with her! Thank you again Miss Ann! 😍

I rented this apartment from June 16 -July 7 2021 I was staying here with my husband and daughter on July 2nd we decided to take a trip for the day to the beach and we locked the door but not the padlock (the door was locked itself) upon arrival we realized the place was broken into and all my daughters items were stolen and half my items gone and some my husbands belongings when I notified the owner of the event she said nothing like that has ever happened before and we should of put the padlock on and just kept addressing that I didn’t feel as if she cared The police was notified and they to think this was a set up and someone close to the owner is involved in this act apparently the person had to gain in the apartment through a key . As the day went by the owner did nothing to change the lock itself as someone can gain entry no cameras or nothing until the day of July 7 of me leaving she came and showed me a new lock that she had purchased that no longer will need a key and just a code and also stated she got cameras which I didn’t see again it happened on July 2nd 2021 why are you coming on the day of departure overall I just think this was a set up and someone very close to these people set it up all my 15 years of travelling to Jamaica I have never felt so violated and I would not recommend anyone renting here

I was not use to not having hot water because I’m coming from the US. They had hot water to shower but not in the kitchen, but it was where I needed it the most. I didn’t care for the neighbors dog who like to bark.

My husband and I are always looking for a beautiful place to stay when we’re on vacation. Once we came across this place we decided to give it a try and it was the best decision we made when it comes to choosing a place to stay... I cannot begin to tell you how great our stay was... from the moment we got there we were greeted by Monique who was warm friendly and hospitable... we later met Ann and she was such a joy... the place was clean well kept and comfortable.. we later met Maurice who was just as friendly and welcoming as Monique and Ann...we got to pick fruits in the backyard in the morning we felt so at home we were able to do laundry and use all the facilities and amenities they offered... am grateful for the excellent accommodation we received from our stay at this little slice of heaven located in a prime location .. we were close to many bar restaurants and shopping area.. based on our experience at GranAnn’s place I highly recommend it if you are looking for that at home feeling with great comfort affordability and luxury.. the staff at GranAnn!s place will not disappoint... we will definitely be back :-)
