good location

No amenities. They could have an amazing place if they would invest a little bit more. we had a balcony along the room and it had no chairs or table. When it rains the water comes into the room and there were plenty of mosquitoes inside the room when we arrive. the first night we couldn’t sleep

It is near the beach and they do the bed everyday. There is a hamac in the shared garden.

The reception is sometimes opened so if we have a question and need to fill up water then we need to wait until they come back of give up. The cleanliness is not ideal … there is a dead spider in the empty shower gel dispenser. And the windows don’t have lock so you can slide to close the windows but they will never be locked.

This hotel was very cozy, really close to town, with a pretty setting (the pictures don't do it justice), and really close to the beach. The room itself had great AC, was really comfortable, and spacious for our family of four. The staff were all really amazing. Not only did they help arrange our ferries before our arrival so we could make sure we had seats, but during the trip I had hurt my back really badly and couldn't walk and they were so kind and helpful. The father took my husband on his moto to a clinic to get some medication and even helped me to the room, the son went with us to the port at 5:30am for our 6am ferry to help us with all our bags and kids and even talked to the officials there to make sure they helped me on/off the boats and helped my husband with the bags. They really went above and beyond. Not only was the hotel greatly situated in town near everything and the room very comfortable, but the staff really make this place. I'm so glad we stayed here.

Communication with the hosts was flawless! They were very friendly and kind at all times. Everything was perfect.

Room was clean and spacious. Location was great; walking distance to beach and town center. Staff (Axel) was very helpful and respectful. We forgot one child's kindle (a necessity for us) and Axel tracked it down for us, ran it to a ferry, and shipped it to another island where we received it. He was a lifesaver for us.

Internet access could be improved; however, it is limited across the entire island.

The hostel is very near to the beautiful beach, the room was big, comfortable bed, hot shower, the owner Alexandra, her husband Ulises and their son were very helpful and was like to stay in a family, but at the same time there was a lot of privacy. in the room you have a fridge so you can keep some food. I will go back for sure as soon as possible.

The room was clean, air con was good. Lots of hammocks to chill in outside. WiFi was pretty good here.

The hostel seemed very outdated. We stayed on the ground floor which has not been recently renovated. The family weren’t particularly friendly, they just seemed interested in selling the volcano tour to us. The kitchen was DISGUSTING! Everything you touched felt grimy and greasy. Burnt food on the hobs, mouldy vegetables on the side, piles and piles of dirty dishes overtaking the entire workspace, fridge was rammed full of food and smelt bad. There was a live chicken in there 1 night whilst we were trying to cook along with cockroaches and loads of flies. If you plan of cooking on Isabela, DO NOT STAY HERE.

We could check-in before official check-in time as our ferry arrived so early. The room was recently renovated and mostly very clean (except for the smell from bathroom). There was drinking water available free of charge and snorkeling gear available for rent. We stored our bags after checking out. When we came back from the tour to collect our bags they let us use their facilities and even take a quick shower in a free room.

There was a bad smell coming from the bathroom. The windows to the room didn't lock. Nothing was stolen from our room but didn't feel very secure. During our stay the owner entered our room twice (!!?!), first time he didn't even knock on the door and we were just out of shower... Didn't feel private at all
