The place was clean and temperature was comfortable. Plenty of linens and was a good size. Front gate attendants were very pleasant and provided great customer service.

Could not figure out how to use the living room television. Somewhere in my booking it said ocean view or ocean front -- it was neither. I didnt really know that the there was a long boardwalk in order to get to the beach, but it was an easy walk - just a long one. Walls in the master bedroom need some serious dusting from the ceiling fan dust.

Cleanliness

It was listed as beachfront, which is not really an actually a true statement. No view of the beach. The Boardwalk is very long and not convenient if something needed is left behind. I also recommend that a disclaimer of the alligators being very present on the property should be known for potential renters.

The microwave and vent fan did not work. Every time we cooked the room filled with smoke. It was an extremely long way to the beach.

The room was beautifully decorated and had everything you could possibly need or want. The best place I have ever stayed at. We are already talking about coming back.

Plenty of room, fully equipped with anything you would want or need! Love the courtyard where we sat in the porch swings and listened to the relaxing waterfall. I am in my 70's and my legs ache so your hot tub was fabulous! The beach is farther than expected but they have a shuttle that runs all day. So many wonderful amenities.

The views around the property were nice.

The bedding was dirty on all beds. There was not enough clean linens or towels for tbe amount of people. The resort was not helpful in any way.

Things to do in area.

I asked for close to elevator. I did get handicap parking,but room wasn't as supposed to be. We didn't get a gueen and full bed. The appliances didn't work very well,need updated.

Facility was so out dated and dirty and not pretty too the eye. The place was a maze and no instructions to find it. Room not that clean.. vending machines didn't work. Laundry didn't work. Pool was absolutely disgusting... merky. Foamy. Nasty. Long long walk to the beach.

I loved the indoor pool and the souvenir shop.

The sand on the floors. Wish there was a broom and dust pan available.

The place was clean and well kept for being an older place. Kitchen had most of the cooking items to prepare meals if needed.

The toilets were small and low to the floor like you would find in maybe a child’s daycare. The location to the beach from the resort was quite a distance. The description made it sound like it was really close, but it was not. A couple of us were senior citizens, and found it very difficult to walk the distance we had to walk to get to the beach. They had golf carts that would take you part of the way however, the golf carts were not available because someone had forgot to charge them as what we were told so it was an inconvenience on one of the days that we were there. The indoor pool was very hot and humid inside the smell of chlorine just about gagged you.

Property was very nice and the amenities we very good. We loved the wagon for all the beach items and umbrella.

The walk to the beach was a further away then excepted. But it was very nice to be able to catch the golf cart when you could.

I liked the pool having a bar that’s about it.

The pull out couch was broke. The vacuum didn’t work we called and asked for a broom and one was never gave to us. Very out of date. Porch light didn’t work. I’ve been to Hilton head my whole life and this is the most disappointing place I’ve ever stayed at.

How hard it was to get anything done. I never received the check in email and when I called it took 30 mins to get the code. Also took hours to get a guest pass even though the person confirmed on the phone that my guest was added.

The room was clean and neat. Towels were folded nicely on each bed. There were board games in the room to keep occupied while storms were passing through. The indoor pool is heated and seems well maintained.

The ice maker in the refrigerator was broken. Notification was made about the problem, however, it wasn't corrected during our stay. The exhaust fan in the hallway bathroom was very noisy and loud. I believe the fan motor is about to burn out since it was not enough to keep the mirror from steaming over during a shower. The bedroom with the double beds is tight but manageable. Only one person at a time could get dressed in that room. Outlets are scarce so bring an extension cord.

Would definitely recommend! The price was great compared to the other resorts at Hilton Head. Walking to the beach was not bad at all (was actually quite enjoyable), Cocos is just a few steps from the beach entrance and is an excellent place to get refreshments (my favorite was the pina colda smoothie).The unit that we stayed in was very nice and exceptionally clean, even seen some alligators from the balcony.

we had trouble with the stove in our unite. And in the second bathroom room the shower does not work at all. This place needs TLC, specially what we pay rent for it.

It's an older complex, but there were a lot of nice amenities with this resort. The apartment was nicely furnished and had anything you would need for a nice day at the beach.

Master bath was too small and had a lot of issues (dirty shower, towel rack not properly attached to the wall). The air conditioning also didn't cool the master bedroom. We had to go buy fans.

No working wi-fi! No working lights in master bedroom - contacted VACASA, nothing done to fix the problems! Besides these two larger problems, absrnce of simple basic amenities: kleenex, bath soap (one tiny bar), “hotel” style coffee service. Should be at least hotel quality amenities. Wifi and lights - big issue!!
