Everything was perfect, the place was clean, the staff was understanding. They cleaned everyday. The place is beautiful
There was only one towel and there was two of us.

Everything. This property is in a prime location. Easy to move around. It was clean, friendly service and had all amenities needed

The area was very central which we loved. The room was very neat and clean. We had cleaners come in daily to tidy up which was amazing.
When our cleaners came in to clean we wasn't based at the apartment and they took our towels without replacing them. We had called for over 2 hours and staff kept promising us that they will bring us our towels which they did after 2 hours. It was extremely unprofessional. The shower did not even have a soap holder which made it very difficult to have a shower and leave your toiletries on. Toilet space was extremely cramped and there was no room to move.

The bed was extremely uncomfortable. There were unsettling noises during times of quietness 10pm - 3am.

I have been staying at this location since 2019. It seems that after the chnage of management, standards hhave drastically dropped. I noticed it from last year.
No hot water. Staff not accomodating. Terrible terrible pillows and no exttra pillows ere given when requested. Kitchen tap loose and glass on table constantly moved. Table also wobbled and had to request a blanket. No hangers.

The reception lady's they were so welcoming... definitely, I will come back whenever I'm around Johannesburg. Their service was excellent 👏
The security guard didn't allow my uber it to come thru 😤 and I had to wake up & walk towards the gate in a cold weather
