Very few instructions to get in. The entrance is on the back but with a letterbox with names of people that make it seem like it's not the hotel. So quite confusing. Moreover, we called many times as requested to communicate times of arrival and departure but never got an answer both with normal and whatsapp calls.

The guest on one side of me was singing, the other side kept slamming their door. The walls are paper thin and so you can hear their conversations even. I had to bang on the walls to get them to be even a little quieter (this after 11pm). Also, the furniture is soooo outdated and old, the bed isn’t comfortable, the bathroom is down the hall, and it is all bare bones like you are sleeping in someones abandoned attic rooms. Would not stay again, even for the price.

Location for day trips around the valley was great.

Shared bathroom tan out of toilet paper and wasn’t replaced, bathroom wasn’t the most clean. We were on the third floor and both nights we stayed we didn’t sleep well, we were woken up throughout the night from the people staying above us walking around - it was very loud. The room was cute with lots of windows but this also made the traffic / construction outside at night very loud. The curtains also did little to keep the light out so we were awake as soon as the sun was up. Overall the stay was quite expensive for what you got.

Zimmer sehr einfach, nur eine Steckdose, also entweder Licht oder Handy laden... sehr hellhörig, wenn die anderen Gäste Rücksicht nehmen ok, sonst eher unangenehm

Nur ein Badezimmer für die ganze Etage, WC im Badezimmer, wenn viele Leute da sind, schwierig mit Toilettengängen

So dreckig, stinkt, überhaupt nicht sauber, sogar kein Zahnpasta da, schmutzige Badezimmer überhaupt nicht empfohlen 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

la situation de l'établissement par rapport à la gare ! La chambre assez grande pour 3 personnes

Une seule salle de bain sur l'étage pour 4-5 chambres c'est totalement INSUFFISANT, d'ailleurs après le passage de 3 clients le sol était trempe, un désastre .... Nous ne reviendrons pas dans cet établissement qui profite des nombreux touristes pour louer ses chambres bien assez cher !

Great location and easy check in. Rooms were spacious but dated.

Shared bathroom was not clean and had run out of toilet paper both days we were there. No air conditioning either and it was very hot.

The beds are terrible, the mattresses are not comfortable in any way and need to be replaced (room 10)

Very near to train station and coop supermarket. Facilities are ok and room was enough big.

I arrived late and it was difficult to find how to contact the property. Be very careful to get the eight train station in Grindelwald-it is not the terminal station in the centre of Grindelwald. The location is not particularly pretty and there are no views

common kitchen have a great view to the waterfall.

The location is perfect as it is just walkable distance from the train station.There is a cafe as well along with your stay, so you can get something to eat quickly and they have a good sitting area in the cafe.

Washrooms are common which doesn't give you privacy. Also there will be a situation of people waiting in a queue for using washrooms. The beds are very small and not wide enough to sleep comfortably.

The location was great, convenient to train station and grocery.

Doors are very loud. Any time anyone in the building used the bathroom or left their room, the doors would wake you up. Shower was dirty.

The location is near the train station, which is easy to get there. It is easy to find where it is.

1.You must be a plumber here. The faucet lose one of its part, which is hard to turn on the water through hand shower. What's more, it makes us feel terrible when we just plug in the only one charger for charging cell phone, it is out of power in room. And there is no one to fix the problem as we try to call the phone for helping till we check out. 2. It could only deposit your luggage before you check in, if you already check out and would like to go the Jungfraujoch, plan leave the luggage until you go downhill, it is not allow to deposit your luggage.

Great location in the heart of the village.

The rooms are no soundproof at all and you can hear even people talking and snoring. Beds are not comfy and with a slight move it makes sounds. Also cleaning wasn't the highlight of the property. I wouldn't recommend it if you want to stay more than one night.

Location was practical and had a good view from outside.

My bed was very squeaky and would wake me up in the night. WiFi connection was average in my room; it was actually better in the carpark across the street.

The worst hotel I’ve dealt with in all of my travels. Zero customer service. They should get their license revoked.

good location for cafe shop & accommodation but at night there is no light outside of building or street.
