Communication was excellent before, during and after stay, Kath responded quickly when we asked questions. There were lots of nice touches like fresh milk in the fridge when we arrived, bottled water, dishwasher tablets, kitchen roll etc. Bathroom was lovely, clean and modern with a super walk in shower. Bed was huge and comfy.

Host Kath was in touch with me all the time. She came straight when I let her know we arrived. Apartment is great. That was our base when we travel around. It was good come back after all day in travel and relax on comfortable sofa and watch TV. Wi-fi as well is very good, and it make my son very happy. All facilitates full, and as well Kath was asking if we need any top up. Cereals and milk available for us, as well tea, coffee. 2 bedrooms and living room give as a lot space, and every one could have some private space. I really love guest information book as contain not only apartment information, but as well tourist information and information where we can eat with menu leaflets, which was great as by sitting on sofa we could decide where we want go and what eat. Darlington is great town where you can find everything in walking distance, big shopping center, cinema, restaurants a lot take away, Morrison, Aldi, Lidl and a lot more. And Pullman House is a little on side that is in quiet place, but with good way to travel any direction. If we will go again this direction we will look to stay again.

Beautiful apartment well equipped coffee, tea, milk cereal all provided. Excellent value I would definitely recommend and stay again. 4 of us women stayed more than enough room. Owner was lovely really kept in touch - I’ll be back

I couldn’t stay longer

Clean and comfortable with a well equipped kitchen. Good communication with the agent. Milk and water in the fridge was very welcome as well as some breakfast items. Lots of tea bags, coffee and sugar provided. Parking in front of the building. Good wi fi The apartments have a strict no noise policy from 11pm to 8am.

The front bedroom faces onto a busy main road so there was quite a bit of traffic noise. If you are a light sleeper you might want to bring some ear plugs. We were also unfortunate to have some late night revellers walking past one night. The living/ dining area was very compact however we were visiting family so it was fine for us as we weren’t trying to eat in. Although the apartment is for four there were only two bar stools and no dining table.

The apartment was very comfortable and had a good range of equipment; this was our second stay at Pullman House and we were glad to have booked again. All the information about the apartment and surroundings was clear, and if there was anything we needed the manager, Kath, responded very promptly. She was extremely welcoming and her attention to detail shows in the way she looks after guests - it was great to find a selection of cereals and a carton of milk on arrival, together with good supplies of tea, coffee and sugar.

Very friendly communication. Very welcoming. Every facility on arrival including cereals, milk, beverages. We needed nothing.
