Cosy, homely, compact little cottage - convenient walking distance to all that Wick has to offer Lovely touches like fresh bread, eggs, milk and cake when we arrived - also lots of basics provided like washing up liquid

Nothing we didn’t like but don’t expect a picturesque view from the cottage - immediate surroundings are very industrial

Very clean, comfortable and stylish accomodation in a great location. Car park right outside the front door made it very convenient. The best stay we had in the UK - wish we had stayed longer.

Parking (free) outside front door. Modern, well-equipped kitchen. Good bathroom, with generous toiletries. Owner (who lived next door) friendly, helpful & informative.

The house was well equipped and in a good location next to Wick Harbour. The bedroom itself is small, but the bed was very comfortable. The house was very clean and cozy with a nice homely feel. I would definitely return if back in the area again.

Despite the description stating that a continental breakfast was provided, there was only a jar of jam and a tub of margarine in the fridge. There was no cereal, bread, milk, or eggs as had been mentioned on other reviews. It would be good if the glass on the front door was replaced with privacy glass as you can see directly from the roadside into the living room of the house.

A welcome package was left for us which was unexpected. The property was well equipped. Great shower. Ideal for our needs.

The attention to detail was exceptional and it feels like a home away from home! We are on our honeymoon and there was a wee treat to congratulate us when we checked in. The backyard is a lovely place to catch your breathe in the late afternoon sun after exploring all day! It was very clean, had all the amenities and little extras like candles, a fireplace, comfy couches and cute little dining area! I would come back and stay longer!

This was a fantastic little place right near the harbour. The hosts were lovely and made us feel at home. The space was clean and comfortable and very well provisioned. The kitchen in particular was amazing and had everything we needed to cook a good meal and the hosts were kind enough to leave coffee, milk, bread and eggs for us. You wouldn't know from the outside but the garden courtyard is great and a nice place to relax in the sun. We would definitely recommend and would like to return.

I couldn't find any faults to be honest. It was a perfect week away.

Large living areas with everything that you would wish for over your stay. Bedroom small but adequate.

Photos on website should be updated to reflect current furnishings. Not a criticism but useful, door different colour and furnishings in living area updated.

Location very central so easy to use shops and cafes.

you may not know from the pictures or the description,but this is an amazing old herring fishers building, the old outer area steeped in history, note your are less than a hundred yards from lowerys famous black steps, and only a short distance to the harbour quay 5* fish and chips, super hosts and warm clean and tidy accommodation with kind hosts

A lovely, tastefully kitted out home for the night. Really well equipped, comfy lounge and really comfortable bed. Will definitely stay there again! Thank you Ainslie, you've done a great job there.
