Staff at hotel and restaurant very friendly. Beach view.

There were only 2 towels provided even though I made a booking for 3. The second day of our stay the cleaner put the dirty towels that were on the floor back on the wrack which is so unhygienic. The towels were not replaced and neither was the toilet paper. I went to the lady at reception at the suites and she could not help. I also spoke to another cleaner who said they would call someone and no one pitched.

Location and unit was very comfortable

I should have been advised before booking that construction or similar was going to take place during my stay. Not only was my privacy hampered during our stay, our view was very far from ideal with the scaffolding in place. I Can forward you pictures if you send me your email so you understand my disappointment. I feel I should have been informed prior to me taking up occupation so I can make the decision to cancel or accept the conditions as I am the paying customer. Did share photos below.

we initially booked Zimbali suit 507 and received confirmations that i and when we arrived at the gate we were told we not on the l not on the list . only to find out that our booking is apparently under suit 307 which is not what I booked according to the picture exit which I sow on booking.com it really disappointing we could not get hold of the agent cause it’s the weekend weekend. The apartment air corn was not working , the iron is not working I was really disappointed to say the most . May I believe that it will only be fair that I get refunded for difference between the apartment the differences of suits 507 and 307 , 307 is cheaper which cheaper . than 507 . I did not get what I booked and paid 4 .

The location was perfect. The apartment on a whole was good.

There needs to be linen for the sleeper couch. Some of the switches / plug points were not working.

Scenery and nature

Security at arrival couldn't pick up our names as it was entered incorrectly. Name was in place of surname. It took some time locating our name, and the fingerprint scanner was faulty. The suite was not clean at all. The tiles were sandy and there was a foul smell in the unit. The shower had grime on the floor and black grime stuck throughout the shower door gaps. The toilet roll holder was loose and the roll kept falling off The latch on the front door was broken, unable to lock for extra safety. The kitchen chairs was pathetic, sorry to say. There were screws missing from the framework beneath, and the chairs would threaten to give way whilst sitting on it. Then to make matters even worst, when we were getting ready to go to bed we found ALL the bedding to be absolutely filthy. I was shocked to see that such a reputable reset as Zimbali giving their guests such filthy UNWASHED bedding. The main bedroom sheet had big ugly brown marks and all the spare lined and blankets to be used on the sleeper couch had a bad stench and full of dirty stains. That was the limit !! We could've overlooked everything else but when we saw this we were livid. The room phone was not working so I had to walk to the reception to complain. They brought another blanket which was even more dirtier. The reception lady made me speak to another lady in charge over the phone and she said there's nothing they can do about it and it's late already (around 10pm) . We then started packing up so we could leave and go elsewhere and request for a refund. Reception lady then called a resort manager and he made a plan to get some fresh lined broght to us. Although they eventually assisted us, but it was such an awful experience, as we had to put up a fight and start packing up to leave, then only did they make a plan to get it changed. At first they both refused to assist us saying its too late.

The sleeper couch is dirty and has funny smell, the shower was dirty, the balcony was dirty

The place is the like heaven on earth...everything is first class,just perfect!!!
