宿泊料金が格安。 駅から徒歩で行ける。 三十三間堂のすぐそばなので、このお寺を観光したいなら最適。 ほぼセルフサービスなので、気楽に過ごせる。 ご主人が温厚な感じの方だった。

古民家に泊まるような感覚なので、リッチな旅を求める人には不向き。 窓から景色を眺めたりはできない。

Everything! The owner is amazing, and the rooms are so traditional and well kept. Location is also pretty convenient, 10-15 min walk to kyoto station.

A l'image de la ville de Kyoto, la chambre est magnifique, à l'accueil il y a un réfrigérateur, micro onde, bouilloire, thé... Tout est présent pour un séjour parfait. Wifi, Clim, un grand placard, évidemment les futons peuvent être rudes si on n'est pas habitués mais pour 3 jours en tout cas nous n'avons pas eu de mal et aurions pu rester plus sans problème. L'accueil était parfait le gérant était très serviable et sympathique. Accessible à pied depuis la gare de Kyoto (10 minutes) ou la ligne JR au sud (6 minutes) la situation est idéale. On trouve une laverie à proximité, 7/11 à 5 minutes et des restaurants dont un d'okonomiyaki juste à côté. Juste à côté du temple Sanjūsangen-dō à voir absolument, l'emplacement est vraiment bien. Merci mille fois pour ce séjour !

Traditional Japanese room, very comfortable. The futon is soft for me. Staff is super friendly and speaks English frequently.

The room was super clean and cosy. The neighbourhood is very calm, and everything you need is available on the ground floor. The check in was very simple, the staff even let us know we could check in earlier, and the location was quite convenient for us ! And although the room was small, it had a large closet where we could put our large backpacks in, so the room didn't feel cramped! We had a really good stay !

Friendly staff

We are put at the room in first floor. When we were check in, the room windows and doors are opened. After squeezed through the narrow corridor with 2 huge fridge, the room wasn't smell bad at all. So we locked the window and door, left our luggage and went out. After we came back, the room smelled with very strong moldly and mushy. After closer inspection, the bed sheet is also discolored and the walls is rather dirty. So we checked out at night and moved to a chain hotel near the station. We did not take any photos as we are horrified and need to leave the place quick.

Easyness of check-in. They were also very polite and everything was super clean.
