Location, view, balcony, cleanliness, plenty of towels. Breakfast was basic: sausages, fried eggs, salami, bread, cheese, tomatoes/ cucumber, coffee, biscuits, but we didn’t need more. The ladies in the kitchen were lovely! Parking on site. Easy check in.
The smell in the bathroom, broken shower door, broken shower (a bit had snapped off meaning you can’t use the big waterfall shower head, only the regular one), the shower screens let water out. No sharp knife in kitchen, or tea towel. To be fair, we were only staying one night and arrived late after a long journey, so we didn’t mention it. They probably would have moved us if it was that much of a problem. We were glad to have a clean and comfortable place to stay. We got some air freshener for the bathroom. There is a market nearby that closes at 11pm. A bedside lamp would be good too.

My 2nd stay in this hotel. The 1st was a success now it is lamentable. Room cleaning not done, forced to ask for toilet paper at reception. Garbage can not emptied. Breakfast is miserable. Total misery. How to get down so low? In addition, the most expensive hotel in the city for such mediocre quality? shameful

Gute Unterkunft nähe Zentrum. An dem lichtdurchfluteten, sauberen Zimmer gab es nicht viel zu kritteln. Bequem und gut ausgestattet, alles macht einen neuen Eindruck.

The room is spacious, with kitchen counter.
No elevator. The air conditioning is poor, we have a family room with one bedroom, but no air conditioning in the bedroom?? The shower was running very very slow, very uncomfortable. No bathroom mat on the floor, makes it all wet and slippery. The Reception understand very little English, and have know idea what a receipt is.

Very comfortable relaxing apartment-style hotel rooms. The staff was kind and prepared a nice breakfast. There is a pool too, sort of.

Location is ok, not far away from the train station and fortress. A rather quiet area, everywhere is within walking distance.
Avoid the room with "pool view". They are dark and smelly. My room is described as 35 m2, which indeed is smaller than the room described as 25m2. I don't think the 4 stars on booking.com make any sense.

It was in the center of the city and our car was on our doorstep. We only met at the reception when we got the key, after that we didn't see anyone and we were not disturbed. The price performance average was good.
Although the room was small, the radiator was not enough. I turned on the air conditioner, but the bathroom was still very cold. The bed had passed out.

This hotel is very close to the center. Although, gori isn’t very big anyhow. The staff even speak English here, and the staff were very helpful.

I did not have the number I booked and paid for. I booked a lux room but stayed in an annexe in an economy room. But since I arrived in the evening and left in the morning, I didn't start an argument. Such behavior is not worthy of the Royal house.

Location we like the most . Swimming pool view direction however there is no water inside pool…Internet was fine!!!
As per the booking.com details there was no hotel usual handy kits like dental kit, tea/coffeemaker and even no complimentry water as well.. when we requested / checked with Administrator his attitude was disgusting..cleanliness was very poor , too much dust on the floor., under the coat particularly..
