Very nice and clean hotel.

The hosts are amazing and superfriendly and familiar. Beds are comfy and the views from the balcony are also excellent, to the mountains, very beautiful and quiet. The size of the room is quite good and location is also good , just few minutes walking from the centre and 20 mins walk to the beach. We had a problem with the shower the first day and Nikolas solved it very quick. We would definetely recommend this place! Thanks for everything :)

Maybe put some blinds on the windows

The place has all the needed facilities: bed, private bathroom, a small kitchen and a small balcony exposed not to the sun (so perfect to use it both for breakfast, lunch and dinner)

I book a double bed but I found two single bed (actually they've said it to me weeks before the reservation and so it might be a booking issue, since it might not have been possible to do that). Furthermore, the staff don't speak english really well.

Owners act bit weirdly when it comes to the privacy. Card payments don’t work. They ask me to wear mask when themselves didn’t. Lots of communication problems with them generally.

The hotel itself is very mostest but comfy and cosy with wonderful gyros! As I wished for a pool the owners were kind enough to tell us about their children’s hotel round the corner and we used the pool facilities for free. It’s just a short walk to the town centre! I would defiantly stay again.

We had to sleep on 2 separate beds but he gave us the choice of the double bed but the separate room was bigger so it would be better if the beds were swapped

The owners were very easy to talk to, if you had any problems they would help you as much as they could. Would definitely come back!

Nothing.

Nicholas was very overbearing. He was ride when my sister asked about getting a new towel. He was pushy and was trying to get us to eat at their restraint and taking bad about other near by food places. He wouldn’t allow us to use his wine opener as we asked to borrow one briefly and made us bring the bottle to him and even smelled the cork and commented on the quality. He would show up unannounced to our room. He wouldn’t accommodate finding a ride from the airport as I requested via email. Ditingvthe early hours of the morning we were leaving the fire worms went off and was unattended to and went off for approximately 3 hours. It was such a bad experience and we do not recommend. Also the cleaner just enters your room. She doesn’t even knock or ask if it’s okay she just does her thing as you are laying there in bed. And it’s like we are asking for someone’s first child when we inquire about clean towels. Also the toilet paper was scarce, we ran out daily & weren’t allowed more. We inquired about doing laundry and Nicholas was irritated that we even asked. My gosh, we feel traumatized from him. He is the owner of listas studios.
