Quirky layout, well equipped, great location, parking space, excellent communication with the host

Only one toilet but 2 bathrooms

Location was good.

The host is the worst we have ever dealt with. The evening before we were due to check out I recieved three phone calls in quick succession. My phone was in my bag and I didn't see the calls immediately, but returned the call one hour later. Within 30 minutes of making the call however the host was at the apartment banging on the door. And all she apparently wanted to confirm was what time we were checking out. My daughter answered the door and while there was a bit of a language barrier, she couldn't understand why the woman appeared so angry. Later the host accused us of not bothering to come down to the door to see her. At the time she called unannounced and unexpected, I was out with my son and my wife was in the shower! When leaving the apartment we followed the instructions to strip the beds, wash the dishes and put out the bins. I then whatsapp'd her to let her know we had left at the check out time of 11 am as she requested. From 1.30 pm and for most of the rest of the day I received a barrage of messages, first about a plug which she couldn't find and questioning over and over why we had moved furniture in the apartment. The furniture we moved was in the sitting room; and the reason we had to move it was because there wasn't enough space to open out the couch bed otherwise. Not sure if she expected one of our party to sleep on the floor? This host is totally irrational. the tone and content of her constant messages throughout the day, many of which I found difficult to understand, were offensive and stressful for everyone. I have done my fair share of travelling and have never had an experience like this before.

The location and facilities were great!

Beautiful apartment in the very heart of Toulouse. Two large bedrooms, modern large kitchen in impeccable condition with air con and Wi-Fi . Typically French apartment. Made our stay so special. Zoulira was so helpful and kind. It was like a home away from home. Thank you Zoulira!

location, size and very extensive provisions. the manager of the rental was excellent communication even though we arrived very late. will definitely stay again if we visit Toulouse.

3 bathrooms but only 1 toilet off the living which was a bit weird.

really lovely and clean. Fantastic location ideal for us as a family with two teenage boys.
