Full breakfast at €15 was reasonable. Well-equipped kitchen. Comfortable bed. Quiet on the 5th floor. Walking distance to town and to the Stade Ernest Wallon.

We have stayed in this apartment for 10 days and been treated differently at the reception counter by Juliette, she had an inpatient and despise attitude towards to me and my wife every time we approached for help (eg. ask for refilling the shampoo which was almost nothing left on the first day we arrived, room cleaning service and call for taxi), while she treated other French speaking customers with greeting and smiles, we felt like it was a racist against Asian.

We got a really noisy room towards the road on the first floor. we asked to switch, which we got, however we had to downgrade to a smaller room. we agreed on that, to get a smaller room, on the top floor on the other side of the building. At first we agreed and it look good. however, when we turned of the tv and went to bed we could feel the bed vibrating. I went down to the reception, it was really late and said that we could move because it felt like the room was vibrating and it was a rumbling background noise. The receptionist said “it’s the ventilation machine” and moved us the 4 floor. The next day we talked to the receptionist and they said “some people are sensitive then others”. The promised us free parking. Because of the smaller room. The last day they had changed their mind and said “parking is 4 euros a night instead of 12 euros “

Clean from the parking all the way to the toilet and well maintained/organised and attentive staff, no troubles

The fragrance used was too strong/artificial, even in the parking elevator room but i guess that’s a “good problem”

Really clean room and comfortable bed. Well equipped kitchen with attention to detail ...really well thought out rooms and facilities. Would recommend for short city break.

Stylish and modern, super-friendly staff, great location and easy parking in the basement

I would have liked a) better lighting in the room and b) a recycle bin in addition to the rubbish bin (the room had a kitchen so all the more important to recycle plastic and paper from food shopping)

Lovely, immaculately clean space, well equipped and stocked. friendly staff and great location near to the beautiful Central Park and town hall. Perfect!

There was nothing we didn’t like

The room is big and comfortable. Almost everything needed for daily comfort is provided, including a Dish washer. The only thing not available in the room is a washing machine, however the hotel provides an underground 7/7 laundry.

The "view" on the express way interchange isn't glamour, and is also pretty noisy, since the bridges actually lead to the Emergency hospital, meaning that you'll hear a LOT of ambulances. The underground laundry requires special tokens bought from the hotel staff, instead of having everything accessible through an automated machine, like in some others Residhome. The shops in the surroundings are pretty small, and the roads are not too pedestrian friendly, so count at least 15/20 minutes to get to Caffarelli station by foot.
