The meal options are phenomenal friendly staff and always helpful
I slept on the first floor on my first visit there but on return slept on the 6th and the sewage smell was unbearable if the door was open.
Please kindly check as to what is causing this

But there was no Halaal optiond
1) The bathroom sink was clogged. Maintainance came and sorted out.
But water was still slow to drain during our stay.
2) Bathroom door making a big noise, when opening & closing
3) The air-conditioning was very good. BUT was sounding like a generator. Very load noise.
4) Overall, reception was very friendly & helpful.
The security by the parking was very helpful and accommodating.
Location was good . But coming from Braamfontein side, there was no signage to the hotel.
Turning into Owl Street, also no signage to hotel.
Thanks to GPS, we found it.

The breakfast was really nice, it was a buffet. The staff is very friendly.
The hotel rooms are not clean. The bedding seemed like it hasn't been washed in a while. The hotel has manual aircons which make a lot of noise. The kettle in the room we were in had dirt water inside. The smell of the room was not of a clean hotel room.

The lady at the reception was very nice and helpful
I had to join an urgent virtual meeting early in the morning and it was the time I wanted to have my breakfast . Requested to dish and have my breakfast in the room, I was refused, only breakfast pack was offered of which I don't like

I was very disappoint with the hotel especially at breakfast. We had to be begging for things to be filled every single morning. This definitely reduced the standard of the hotel big time. I blamed this to the location. I personally would never booked here again.
Breakfast finishing everyday & the staff didn’t seem to bother. All breakfast trays empty & having to ask for not just one item but more everyday.

It was close to the Milpark Netcare hospital which was my main purpose for the trip.
Ordered supper at the restaurant and the food was horrible.

Breakfast was fantastic, we enjoyed our stay. The room was also beautiful and fulfilled all our needs. We definitely would visit again and recommend garden court as suitable accommodation.
I would have liked to sit outside for breakfast, but it is something I could be flexible with.

Efficient honest staff
Trip was hasty as a result, but I forgot my body lotion and hand towel.
There was no lotion, I'm a frequent guest at different G C across the country they always have lotion. And ready to assist you with anything. But this time was disappointed.
Had to wait for the room. I was told I'd be called, yet no phonecard came through.

Close in proximity to venue we were attending
No facilities pool was under maintenance. Food was terrible lack of variety. Very basic hotel. Was clean but rooms need to be upgraded.

Food is excellent. Location is perfect, if you have to go for a procedure at Milpark hospital, you are 2 minutes away. Staff very friendly and competent.

The room was spacious enough, with clean linen. The staff was friendly.
Room 411 was the worst we've been in since this was our 3rd time there. The room didn't have a bar fridge, with wood cover coming off which was hazardous considering I was with a 4 month old baby and a 4 year old toddler. One of the hand towels wreaked of viniger.
The breakfast(stir fry and eggs) on Monday morning was way too salty and the eggs tasted like they were made with sea salted water.
Dud I mention the tub whuuuuuuuu no!!
