Ein wunderschön fertiggestelltes Pueblo. Dieses einstöckige Haus mit 3 Schlafzimmern und 2 Bädern bietet alle typischen Eigenschaften von Santa Fe. Das Haus befindet sich in einem intimen Komplex mit 4 Wohneinheiten und bietet ein modernes, offenes Wohnkonzept, schöne Travertinfliesenböden, Wände mit Diamantputz, kräftige Vigas und hohe Decken. Komplett mit einem Kiva-Holzkamin, Verdunstungskühlung, mehreren Oberlichtern und einer großartigen Küche mit Holzschränken. Steinplatten und hochwertige Fliesen zieren beide Badezimmer. Der sehr geräumige umlaufende Hinterhof ist privat ummauert. Dieses fantastische Anwesen befindet sich abseits der Straße in einer ruhigen Gasse im Herzen des historischen Stadtteils Guadalupe und Railyard. Die Plaza ist bequem zu Fuß erreichbar.

Our group of 4 friends from Jr. High School met in Santa Fe for a long weekend. Casa Nona was the perfect place for us. Beautifully finished and furnished, exceptionally clean and well-organized. The walk to the Plaza is about 15 minutes, which may be a bit far for some to walk. Bedrooms and bathrooms are spacious and comfortable.

This property was beautiful and very clean. It really was perfect for 5 of us to have room to ourselves but plenty of open space to gather together. It was a great location to walk to most attractions and it was very quiet. The only issue we had was not ever finding the link for the property guide even after asking the owners. There may have been directions for the tv in it….we got SO frustrated trying to work the tv!

This place was as expected— and even better than expected in some ways—for its reasonable price. The patio is pretty sizable and the bedrooms are very clean and comfortable. Our group of 6 fit here with no issues. The only thing I’d recommend the host have for future groups is more clothes hangers and toilet paper. The house was also a bit warm but that was minor in the grand scheme. The property is pretty close to the railway district and also walkable to downtown, which was important for us. We felt safe in the unit and the parking situation was super convenient. Definitely recommend for any groups visiting the city!

We enjoyed this property as three women friends. Although we had a car and drove many places, it is within easy walking distance of the Plaza and Railway and many restaurants.
I would love to see some hooks in the second bathroom as well as a toilet brush.
And, be careful backing over the drain for unit D. as it can cause your backup camera to sieze and stop the car.

Our family of four had a great experience at Casa Nona. The house is in a cute neighborhood that is very conveniently located in Santa Fe - minutes from everything. It was clean and had just the right amount of space for two adults and two teens. Would stay again!

We really enjoyed our stay here. The home is beautiful and very clean with a touch of luxury. The kitchen is fully stocked and there was plenty of room for family gatherings. We walked to the Railyard and The Mercado was just a few minutes drive away.

Stayed here with my sisters and our daughters. Location is a short walk (a bit more than half a mile) into downtown Santa Fe and the Railyard district and is on a quiet neighborhood street. Property is exactly as portrayed in photographs and was very clean, with a well stocked kitchen and plenty of towels. Management company was very communicative, sending frequent informational texts before and during our stay. Highly recommend!

Three roommates from grad school with our partners, all got married the same summer and came to Santa Fe from Kansas City, Boulder, CO and Phoenix to celebrate our 20th wedding anniversaries. We had a blast. The place was very comfortable for all of us with a great location, comfy beds and well appointed kitchen!

Amazing Santa Fe Stay
My friends and I celebrated our 50th birthdays here and we loved every minute. The property was gorgeous inside and out and very walkable to the plaza (10-12 min?). We enjoyed sitting out on the patio at night. The property was stocked with plenty of games, laundry detergent and most importantly, coffee. We loved our stay and would return in an instant!

A lovely getaway
Great location for day trips to ghost ranch, ojo caliento, Taos, as well as local visits to the Plaza in Old Town Santa Fe. The hosts thought of every little detail to make our visit comfortable including wine and snacks upon arrival. The beds were so comfortable and there were plenty of towels. They even had their employees take out and retrieve the trash cans on pick up day. The service and amenities were great.

Exceptional Property
Casa Nona is one of the nicest properties I've ever rented. And the property managers were extraordinarily helpful. We had several questions before arriving that were answered quickly. Communication regarding check in was timely and accurate. The casita is beautifully appointed including toiletries and even a welcome bottle of wine, chips and salsa. The kitchen is well outfitted with both small appliances, dishes and glassware. I plan to recommend this property and the management company to friends and.

Amazing adobe property in Santa Fe! Easy walk to plaza and rail yard district. The VRBO exceeded our expectations. Well stocked kitchen, nice outdoor seating area with fire pit and grill, and comfortable bedrooms. If this VRBO is available, book it right away! Highly recommend!

Beautiful - perfect for family!
So perfect from start to finish! Check-in gift was much appreciated. House was quaint, but absolutely beautiful. Tall ceilings make it feel a lot bigger. Kitchen had everything we needed to make breakfast and grill. The backyard was great for our little ones (3 and 4) to run around without getting into too much trouble. At night, the outside fireplace was perfect for smores! The master was large enough to fit a queen sized blow up for the kids. Very lux touches in this house. Also, super close to dt! Check out was a breeze. Will stay again!! Thank you!!

Santa Fe for a friend's 40th birthday
The house was perfect. There were seven of us and there was plenty of room to spread out. The patio was lovely, and the large living room and kitchen were great for cooking and playing games. Beds were super comfortable and the bathrooms were spacious too for all of us when we were getting ready.

Our group of 5 had a wonderful stay at CASA Nona. We almost wished we had scheduled less time in the city of Santa Fe so we could have spent more time at the house! We were greeted at arrival with a bottle of Rose and chips & salsa set up on the dining table. These nibbles were much appreciated as we unpacked and got ready for dinner. The rooms were spacious, the beds were very comfortable (pillows too, which is important to me) and the frig had coffee & accompaniments for the following morning. There were plenty of fluffy towels and the linens were of good quality. CASA Nona was located within walking distance of the town center and the neighborhood was quiet. We will gladly stay here again next time we are in town!

Perfect Santa Fe Spot!
We LOVED our stay at this PERFECT SANTA FE SPOT! The home is beautiful, spacious, and clean. The beds are super comfy and the outdoor courtyard is great. It is a nice walk to the Plaza and very short drive to restaurants and Whole Foods. Every thing you need is here. The only 2 issues we had was the refrigerator door would not stay closed (easy fix - we put a stool in front) and the master bd toilet was wonky. None of these issues were a problem. It is very very quiet in this neighborhood and we enjoyed sleeping with the windows open. We highly recommend this rental! Thanks for a great stay.

Wonderful Family Stay
My wife and I, along with our three young kids (7, 5 and 2 years old) thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Two Casitas residence. It was very clean, extremely well appointed and the location was great for getting around town with walking access to many restaurants, shops, etc.

Very well maintained and comfortable
We had a family reunion (4 adults+baby) for a week and this property was perfect for our needs. Excellent kitchen and dining with nice assortment of cookware and tools. Cosy enclosed backyard with grill and seating was great for evenings.

We even borrowed a spice from a neighbor on Christmas day and they were lovely. Parking is easy. We walked to town every day, so convenient! Central to lots of sites and hikes. Great property thats new and updated. Lovely fireplace. Well appointed and well stocked. Although it is more of a townhome/condo than a single family home- there is ample space inside and out with 2 parking spaces plus additional street parking. Great location- walking distance to the rail-yard and restaurants, as well as downtown/ square, though this is slightly more of a hike. Enjoyed the properties and the amenities. Would definitely stay again!
