The asthetics of the property were super nice, hospitality and staff were very cordial, breakfast was very homely , and they can customise it to your needs subject to condition.

Not recommended to book the Bougainvillea bed and breakfast if you are a solo traveller looking for more privacy or having your friends over or even stepping outside of the house after 10:30 pm or if you are a night owl and will return after 11:00 pm. You need to reach out / message the care taker to unlock the door access for you. Also not recommended if you want hassle free stay without remaining in too much communication with the owner lady for your needs.

Bathrooms cud have been better as far as the flooring was too cold which made it very unconfortable. Probably they need to use more floor mats and even carpets in the room

absolutely loved my stay here! perfect proximity to golden temple, Its my second visit here and truly feels like a home away from home. The best part is that amidst the hustle bustle lies a beautiful quaint oasis where you can unwind and enjoy the beautifully crafted place with friendly staff and the breakfast is amazzzzing!!

The entire setup is so well thought in terms of creating spaces to unwind and relax. I loved the earthy touches are green backdrops everywhere. it’s a very modern rustic feel you get. even though in very close to the city it’s calm and surreal. We also loved the food served specially the Palak chicken. The rooms are clean and comfortable. There is assistance available all the time and the hospitality is just what you need to feel home away from home.

I’m so glad I booked The Bouginvillea for our stay. All of my family loved the experience, hospitality and food. Such a tranquil and uplifting space to come back to after a long day of sightseeing. I loved the attention to detail and the warm welcome. They were so accommodating of special meal request for my nephew too which we were super grateful for. must try the bread rolls for breakfast!

There’s nothing not to like. Maybe two small recommendations - amp up the toiletries and maybe a pitcher of cold water with lemon or cucumbers would have been great because it was so hot when we were there.
