location is excellent with ocean view.

The apartment is in need of some upgrades and fixes. The kitchen faucet is broken, some cabinet doors disconnected and didn’t function properly. Bothe the garbage cans were broken and need to be replaced. Rusted and old. the tops missing or broken. Overall a decent place but needs some attention to detail. Spackle and a fresh coat of paint. With a little work and some upgrades would make it a better accommodation.

The view and the facilities. Everything needed was there.

Great location, nice view on the sea/beach and old city from the balcony. Large apartment. Nice beach just across the streets and plenty of shops and restaurants close to the apartment. Old city 10 minutes by taxi (Uber for about 8000 COP).

Overall the apartment was great, but some things should be a bit better especially given the price: the shower had strong fluctuation in temperature (one minute nice, than extremely hot or cold and one time there was no hot water), washing machine was leaking and front door closes difficult.

Amazing view, we found everything clean. Is safe and not strange people around. Juan Carlos, even if sometimes is tricky to get in contact, is a very responsible and serious than the average in the area, I totally recommend him. The property is just in front a tourist police, very useful if you need it. the sunsets are unique there

the bed linen can be better quality. The beach just in front is the worst at all for rest, avoid it if you can! is plenty of very aggressive sellers and potentially scammers. the property doesn’t offer anything for clean (liquid washer, sponges etc) we got one “welcome toilet paper and body soap” considering we booked a week in. after speak with Juan Carlos he left kitchen clothes, washing liquid and one sponge. the swimming pool is nice, but some people like to bring speakers and play music a very high volume even if is written in the rules

Having amenities such as a modern kitchen and washer and dryer. The location is perfect, right across the street from a popular beach, with shopping and restaurants all within walking distance. And of course, the view.

The apartment is directly in front of the elevators and just above the pool, so it was noisy at times.

Mostly the beautiful view.

The door lock didn't work last day of our trip. It was annoying because we went outside worried about our belongings.

Everything was perfect

The boiler for hot water wasn’t enough to cover the needs. If you thinking of taking a shower under a warm water or hot… forget.

The location is very good and the building. The apartment is decent. The service company is very nice and diligent, they are responding and are helpful. Always working and answering questions.

The rooms need to be refurbished, this can be perfect apartment but needs to be painted, some changes in the furniture. Some things are old. Wifi could be better.
