Nice, quiet environment.

We had to drive up a steep one-way lane to get in and out of the hotel, si could be unnerving for some people. On several occasions, we had to reverse up a few slope for the other cars to pass. No coffee machine, only tea bags and a kettle but we had breakfast included, so that was fine. The walls were not soundproof but it was expected for such a rustic stone building.

The hotel is in a perfect location for exploring Tuscany. The property is beautiful. The breakfast and coffee is yummy!

The property was a little hard to find the first night. The beds (at least ours) was quite hard/stiff.

The hotel was super clean, and room was spacious and every one of their staff were smiling and giving positive energy from our arrival till we left Special thanks to the receptionist who checked us in, had the time to took us for a quick tour in the hotel facilities and explained to us everything in our room in details, which was so nice of him للعرب: الحمام فيه شطاف 😄

If you're a city guy, that hotel is not an option to you. It's located at a very quiet area surrounded by mother nature from every angle. The breakfast was good and tasty, but could be improved

really beautiful with lovely views. we went off season and were pretty much the only people there and it was quiet and peaceful.

The hotel is beautiful, A little gem in Tuscany, Kind and nice staff, excellent breakfast, Pleasant and comfortable rooms with a lovely view.

Just a small and annoying thing, we wanted to use the jacuzzi, the hotel asked for an extra 10 euros per person. It seems petty to me, isn't it part of the hotel's facilities?

nothing - this was the worst property we have stayed at that was booked through Booking.com. the property has NO redeeming features and should not be advertised on your site.

everything- the location is absolutely terrible. there is nothing anywhere near the property. very difficult to get there. the rooms are large and cold but not well decorated. we had booked and paid for 2 nights but I could not subject my wife to another depressing night there so we left early the next morning. the room was so cold and the heat system did not work. I tried calling the front desk but they had all already departed for the night. i called the emergency number but no one answered so I left a voicemail message but no one got back to me so we were cold and uncomfortable all night. I have booked and stayed at many properties through Booking.com and have never complained but this property was terrible. As a loyal and active member of Booking.com I would like to request a full refund for our stay at this very disappointing and depressing property.

The room was big and beautiful with great view. Very clean and new.

We simply loved this place! Great interiors, amazing surroundings, perfect service, tasty breakfast and pet-frienliness! Free parking and no extra charge for dogs! Super clean room. Friendly staff. What a perfect stay! 10/10

This property is a real gem! I am surprised it is rated as a “⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️” and not as a “⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️” hotel. If is super clean, super comfortable, welcoming and pleasant place to have a vocation at. The hostess/owner was very-very nice. The food was OMG! We will definitely be coming back to this place next year.

I spent one night here and it wasn't enough. Room was very pleasant and well decorated. Pool was a very nice place to spend some hours and they have some good well signposted trails for hiking or cycling in the nearby woods. Unfortunately the restaurant was not open on the day I stayed but they assisted me to book at the restaurant in the village square just a short walk away, which was very good. I really enjoyed my stay and will return.
