We stayed for 3 night and our room wasn't cleaned even we asked for our room to be turned down using the room button to alert the cleaners.

This hotel’s staff and location are both excellent

There was very little natural light or view from the room, as I was out of the room except when sleeping, this did not cause me too many problems.

The location was idealic! After breakfast, I went walking all throughout the area, and it couldn't have been better to get "the feeling for Lisboa". Everything (breakfast, room, etc) could not have been better. Will redo if/when I come back.

Smallish rooms

I loved this holiday and thanks to all at the Hotel Mera Prime for making this extra special. From Bianca, at the reception desk with her sunshine personality to Mohamed and Iqbal at breakfast with their thoughtfulness and not to forget Pedro and Luis for the lovely conversations that we had (we are rooting for your root canal, Pedro).

Very centrally located and within walking distance of all the major sightseeing attractions. The rooms are tastefully decorated and practical. Given the heat wave, we were delighted with the air conditioning

Everything was excellent at the hotel except the room size. The single room was too small even for one person.

Without the valued assistance from staff our stay would have been quite ordinary. MetaPrime Gold Lisbon can take pride in them...they were all exceptional. Thank you.

The hotel itself is very nice and my room was spacious. But, the location really sets it apart. perfectly situated in the heart of the city with easy access everywhere!!

Loved this hotel in the heart of Lisbon! The staff was nice, rooms are clean and close to everything we planned to visit.

Location was superb, on the route of tram 28, very clean and elegant rooms and an excellent offer from the hotel : a walking tour of the city center with a professional guide of approximately 2 hours.

Breakfast was basic. Also a bit noisy due to the tram.(next time I shall ask for a room in the upper floors)

It s very central.

The room was MUCH smaller than expected and there is a thick carpet, definitely not advisable for those suffering of allergies. I spent 3 nights there and my allergy got so bad. Also, because we couldn't open the window due to the street noises. I was sick after this stay.

The location of the hotel is perfect close to major attractions.

There is no alcohol in restaurant’s menu
