MAKE SURE YOU GET THE CODE BEFORE LEAVING AIRPORT/WIFI CONNECTION!! This place is unattended. I couldn’t get WiFi once at the location, and could not get in room. I had to walk back to airport and stay all night, plus they ripped me off for the nightly charge anyway. Terrible place and experience.
I COULDN’T GET IN!! It was horrible that they asked for more and more info rather than just providing the necessary key code.

Proximity to airport
Hearing was switched off in my room and it felt cold. No matter how much I opened the gas supply to radiator, room remained cold. Noisy tenants in first floor were playing loud music late into the night. Beds in Room 2B are not comfortable at all..

Proximity to the airport
Walls are very thin, and the person in the other room was having very loud sex …. And an iron being available on the property would’ve been nice as I needed to iron my shirt for work.

The room was spacious (like a suite… with kitchen).
Terrible industrial surroundings. No supermarket, or restaurant, or stores.
Outside building was a lot of trash, and common stairs filthy.
Most of all though, it SEEMS like it’s a good deal (was 44 pounds a night), but it’s not because I had to spend more on getting from airport to there and back (layover?). On booking.com they marked the place as having a shuttle—but when asked they said I could book one for 35 pounds, each way.
Next time, I’ll pay 100 pounds for a place that ACTUALLY has a shuttle service, and is closer and less scary, and come out with a profit!!

Need to give so much registration details to satisfy owner. Could not see this requirement before booking. I found it a bit intrusive plus we needed to drive 3 hours to get there. Answering his questions was an additional stress I could have done without

Original reason for choosing was distance from airport but standard fare for 2.5 mile taxi trip was £40 so should have upgraded to nearer the airport and a better hotel
The prior bombardment of emails demanding verification of identity and signing contracts. I ve never experienced this before.
Small print stated no one under 25 but booking confirmed even though person staying a younger adult. Had to verify before entry reason for travel, free country never experienced this before .
When allowed to enter it was substandard accomodation. Blinds on windows inadequate, 2 thirds missing, when contacted accomodation they said put a sheet up against window!.Not helpful and dismissive.
Furniture damaged. No lamp. No TV , bare interior.

the blinds were all damaged and it was light in the room and heating wasn’t working and was cold in the room.
It’s not very good for people who have a lot of luggages as I had to climb to the top floor with a big suitcase which was tough and found out only on the day I was arriving. The transport to go to the airport was also expensive when considering it is only 15 min away.

Clean and bright rooms. Nice sitting area bonus room.
I didn't like the pillows as they were to large and uncomfortable. Bed was decent. My daughter said hers was a little lumpy.

It was a bed to sleep on after a long flight and it was cheap
The light in the bathroom didn’t work, it was hard to get to and you could hear the other guests easily. Didn’t meet any of the staff.

Gaps in the blinds, squeaky bed. Uncomfortable bed, noisy guests, was presented nothing like the pictures advertised. Would advise a mattress protector on top of the mattress

The toilet was running nonstop, it was a little difficult to sleep because of the noise.

The place is a scam! They were demanding the security deposit before my check in, although I already paid for the stay. They never told me how to get there or what the directions are from Heathrow airport. The rep at Heathrow was trying to help me find out the route and after talking twice with someone whose number was listed told me to not go there! I am so glad I listened. I reported this property to Booking.com and will dispute the charge with my credit card company. DO NOT BOOK this property!!!!

It’s minimalist, very well maintained, clean, comfortable, and worth the price.
The noises around the area, while staying there, I kept hearing loud banging noises which disturbed my sleep a little bit.

The staff from the property were polite and considerate and very quick to respond to inquiries, such as when I found the keys hard to use and when the Wi-Fi wasn't working, though they were not on-hand to help in person.
The internet was unfortunately not working at all. The keys were also all together and not labelled in anyway. 4 different keys, one for the front door, which didn't open easily at all. One for the flat and one for the room. And an additional mysterious key. All of them look and are roughly the same.
