The check-in was not complicated and it was no problem that we came really late. The flat was well equiped and clean. We enjoyed going to the city center within 5 minutes. You always find a parking place if you come by car. When you travel around by public transport, the train station is really close.

There was a lot mould in the living room, that needs to be checked as soon as possible. There was no light at the terrace and the shower hose seems to be broken.

The apartment was in a small quiet street, consisting of the first and second floors of an old town house. It was beautifully furnished and well equipped. The private terraced was an added bonus. Parking was available free on the main street nearby. The local supermarket is about 5 minutes walk away, 12 minutes to the main square of the town with plenty of restaurants and bars. Sassari is a hidden gem with virtually no international tourists. The food is very tasty.

Very hard to think of something not too like - I would recommend not trying to drive right up to the apartment as the roads are tiny, it's best to stay and park on the main road. Finding a parking space can be tricky later in the evening. Also, the open staircase is right next to the bed, not ideal for sleep walkers or children.

Perfect accommodation for couples, in the center of Sassari, well-kept, well-equipped and cozy apartment. Good contact with the owner.

Thank u for All. It was very easy to obtain the Keys from accomodation and to enjoy weekend over there. Comunication with the owner was easy and I really appreciate her help when i needed to moved out later from the apartment for the problems in traffic connections. She helped me increadibily so I Can only recommend whole place, environment of the house and ...All.

The appartement was really new, clean, cosy and fully equiped. The contact with the owner was really easy and quick (email or WhatsApp). Very good location, everything can be reached by foot.

There is quite some free parking at Sassari but it was quite difficult to find a place. Most of the parking space is for inhabitants only or is paid. There is no parking specifically for this appartment. It would maybe be good to have an information leaflet in English with for example some info about the WiFi and the facilities in the appartment, since the lady that gave us the keys did not speak English so it was difficult to communicate and ask any questions.

Contact with Giovanni was great, direct messaging and call via whatsapp. Apartament was spotless, fully equipped and perfectly clean. I'd definitely recommend it.

For the lady who welcomed us it took almost an hour to come back with our IDs. Not convenient at all from time perspective, not to mention what one could think of that (id being copied, misused etc). Definitely something to look at.
