La situation géographique est simplement parfaite. Les chambres sont situées sur une très belle place où vous trouverez des bars, des restaurants et tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour passer de bons moments. Le lit était très confortable également et l’accueil dans l’établissement parfait.

Camere in centro a Sassari con affaccio su Piazza Italia, silenziose la notte visto che i locali chiudono alle 23. Letto comodo e una selezione di cuscini per tutti i gusti. Nota molto positiva la possibilità di regolare il riscaldamento in camera. Internet funzionava bene. Non c'è una vera e propria colazione, ma ogni camera ha macchinetta del caffè, bollitore e qualche snack. Comunque i bar sotto alle finestre sono ottimi.
I gestori sono stati molto disponibili e veloci nel risolvere un problema il primo giorno.
Il sistema di self check in forse non è spiegato benissimo e sembra più complicato di quello che è, mentre è molto comodo avere più di un modo per entrare in camera se si perde/dimentica la chiave da qualche parte.
L'acqua calda nel bagno è ustionante, bisogna stare attenti a regolarla.

La posizione centrale è ideale per visitare la città, si trova proprio nella piazza Italia, e la stanza ed il bagno sono molto curati, puliti e ampi. Se si arriva in auto vi consiglio di scaricare i bagagli fronte appartamento e poi cercare un parcheggio, a 200 metri trovate un parcheggio multipiano a pagamento, noi pur arrivando il 31 dicembre abbiamo trovato un parcheggio libero a 500 metri, a soli 6 minuti a piedi, dall'appartamento. Immagino che negli altri periodi dell'anno si trovi ancor più vicino nelle stade adiacenti. Proprio sotto l'appartamento si trovano molti locali e bar in cui poter fare colazione e l'aperitivo circondati da edifici storici bellissimi.

La camera è davvero molto accogliente, con dettagli nell'arredamento che la impreziosiscono e rendono il soggiorno un'esperienza assolutamente da provare. La posizione della struttura è eccezionale. La pulizia impeccabile. Struttura promossa e consigliata, assolutamente da riprovare

Beautiful room with painted walls, stylist and beautiful bathroom too, amazing location with view of main square, nice tech to enter/lock/etc, a very pleasant way to stay in the city center.
Not sure we should blame the property, but it was too hot, and with the very high temperatures, the airco did not manage to keep the room so fresh. It was not very bad, but 1-2 degrees lower would have been more pleasant.

The location is perfect. Everything is well organized. You can also get cookies and coffee for the breakfast.

Everything the very old, listed buildings was amazing, the décor kept to that period and the decoration within the apartment was immaculate and beautifully presented.
Every little detail and touch carefully considered and very deliberate.
The access detail was the best I have ever been given and experienced, the security being incredibly sophisticated.
The whole experience was like being given a little piece of Sassari history and living in it.
Thank you so much for your hospitality, may many more people experience this extra special place.
The cafe below played extremely loud music, late into the evening which I think is very inconsiderate to the local residents and I think the residents should all do something about it as, is the only negative which is actually not the fault of the host.

Right in the middle of the old city center
Very quiet, charming decoration, smlall room but felt cozy a bit like in a bubble

Very nice room, nicely decorated. Comfortable and big bathroom.
The room was overlooking the main square and the groups of young people stayed even after the cafes were closed till the early morning, was very noisy. This property has in total 4 rooms, two room are with the courtyard windows, shoudld be more quiet there i suppose

The location is great, right at the central Piazza. No noise.
The self-check in was a bit complicated. Received instructions and video how to open the doors, but it was still not so easy. Anyway, we managed and in the room were the keys, luckily. There were no tickets for the breakfast when we came, but upon contacting, they were provided. Everything was fine.

The location was great and the view from the window lovely. Despite the noise in the Piazza, acoustic insulation is effective. The host was very friendly and reacted promptly to the need to fix the Air conditioner. The Room (Luxury Suite) was very spacious and had all necessary amenities.
There were not many issues that I didn't like. I guess that the fact that there is no proper breakfast was not perfect for me, as the only offer of the bars available was of sweets (while I like more salty breakfast).
