Perfect for our family. Clean, lovely home with large, comfy living room, dining room table for us to gather together and spend time as a family. Private backyard and sunroom so you can also enjoy alone time. Very comfortable beds. Thoughtful hosts. Loved the little creature comforts! Even had a piano! Close to Orange County attractions.

We came with our three adult children and their spouses. Everyone had their own room but we had a common space to hang out when not at Disneyland. The host was wonderful and thoughtful! I mentioned we all loved coffee while inquiring about the version of Nespresso coffee pods (its the newer, half globe style) so she made sure to leave creamer in the fridge for us as well as snacks and water bottles for our first day at Disneyland.

My husband and I were coming with my brother in law, sister in law and our 2 neices to Disneyland. This property was only about a 15 minute drive away. Iris & Mark were amazing with quick communication to us, gave us helpful tips for gettingnin and out of the neighborhood and even provided some waters and snacks for us since they knew we would be going to the parks and it would be expensive! We appreciated all they did and for providing such a nice home away from home for us to hang out, make memories and get some rest in.Wr loved all the storage space and the bed was super comfotable as well. We will definitely come back if we make another trip out as well as recommend to friends! :)

The house was wonderful. Clean, plenty of space, nicely decorated and very comfortable. Conveniently close to Old Towne. They had very nice touches like a coffee cake and snacks already there. We didn’t realize it literally backs up to the freeway, but that was not a problem for us. It almost sounded like waves at night, and you really only heard it from the master bedroom. The communication with the host was great. Iris responds immediately to any questions. I would stay again and hope to get back there soon!

This was the perfect place to stay for my family. It was my wife two kids and my wife’s parents/siblings (10 total). It is a great location. 15 minute drive to Disneyland and 30 minute drive to Huntington Beach and a safe neighborhood. Other perks. - binder with tips and easy to read pointers - body boards, beach chairs and towels. - piano

Great owner communication. Allpwed us to check in earlier than listed, which was great since arrival day we had Oogie Boogie tickets. House was just as described. Owner leaves nice extras for guests, eg, snacks, coffee, waters. Plenty of room. Parking was fine. Only issue was neighbors dog barks early and a lot and its right outside bedroom windows. Drive to Disneyland wasnt too bad, about 15-20 minutes. Price was good. Really no issues or concerns.

The interior of the home was wonderful. Everything you would hope for was provided for by the owner. One of the most thoughtful VRBO properties I have stayed in. Thank you so much to Iris for her hospitality.

My wife and I were very impressed with this home. We travel a lot for our daughters because they play travel softball. This is our favorite home so far. It was clean with modern updates. There was plenty of space for my whole family. The beds were very comfortable. The bedrooms had plenty of storage. The kitchen had plenty of cookware and dishes. This home made it feel like we were in our own home. Check in was easy. Iris made sure we were comfortable and we had everything we needed. We did not have to reach out to Iris because everything was communicated well through messages and the welcome book located right inside the front door. The welcome snacks was definitely a plus. It was pretty warm in So Cal the week of our stay but you couldn’t tell because the AC Unit worked great. My wife was extremely happy with this home. Happy wife, happy life. We would definitely stay at this home again.

This was a great property to stay on our vacation. We did Disney and Angel games and it was a convenient distance for both. Close to shopping and good restaurants. The house had lots of organization and thought put in to making things convenient for us. Board games, cold waters, umbrellas, beach equipment, and much more were all readily available. We would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!

The house was roomy and comfortable; the beds were great. The owner was helpful, very accommodating and prompt about responding. The only downside was the neighborhood, which is close to a commercial area. We had to back out of a side street leading to the house because it was blocked by people who had double-parked and left their cars.

The home was just as described in the listing and very clean! Lots of snacks and coffee were provided which was a very nice touch. Beds were cozy and kitchen had everything we needed for cooking. Kids had a blast playing in the yard. The beach stuff provided was such a nice bonus! Lots of fun beach toys and shade tents. Checking in and out was super easy and not nearly as involved as other home rentals we've experienced in the past. Hosts were attentive if needed but did not need to contact them for anything other than to say thank you!

We had a terrific stay. There is lots of room, and one of the best-stocked VRBOs we've visited! We appreciated the coffee, water, and snacks that were ready when we arrived. Also great communication with the owner.

The house was a very comfortable and clean home. There is plenty of shopping and eating facilities in the local area. Our drive to Disney was short. Hosts, Iris and Mark were very responsive and helpful to all our requests. We found many nice surprises on arrival which made us feel special. The kitchen is well stocked with almost everything you could want. Our grandkids enjoyed the various games provided. The original online listing said there were two double beds in one room but when we booked, found out that each of the bedrooms only had one but an additional futon in an office area. We wanted two beds in one bedroom to accommodate both of our grandkids. Again, Iris and Mark assisted us by providing a single fold-out bed in one bedroom for our 5 year old grand-daughter. The online listing has since been updated. On the next maintenance upgrade, can I recommend a new kettle and toaster? Additional bedside lamps would also be nice. We were very happy with our stay in Orange and would recommend to others.

This property is actually better than it looks in the pictures. We were delighted upon arrival to find an absolutely spotless home. All 4 beds were incredibly comfortable and the primary bedroom/bath were huge and tucked away nicely in the rear of the property. There is a large soaking tub that I enjoyed very much. They have beach chairs and everything we needed for easy trip down to Newport. The owners were incredibly responsive I would absolutely recommend this property to anyone.

We had a great visit to Disneyland. The house easily accommodated 2 families (4 adults and 5 kids). The hosts are so nice and made sure we had a great stay.

Beautiful home, much more spacious than we expected. Loved having enough room to have family breakfast and late-night dinners. I was a bit concerned with how close to the highway it appears to be on the map however there is no road noise at all. It is close to my parents in Anaheim, very centrally located to all the big attractions like Disneyland, the Beach, Knotts Berry Farm etc.. We would definitely stay here again if available for our next trip.

Everything was excellent..had some problems with technology...however, we were in town to serve and attend the Harvest Crusade in Anaheim and everything was just perfect. Thank you and God bless you !!

Owners were excellent with communication. The house is beautiful and fit all 10 comfortably. It had everything we needed including stuff for the beach which was super helpful. It was close to disneyland, knotts berry farm and the beach.

My family and I really enjoyed staying at Iris and Mark’s property in Orange. We were 6 adults and a tween in town for a multi day family wedding, and looking for a space suitable for our needs. I loved that this house had 4 bedrooms with a queen bed in each. The living room was gorgeous, with an incredibly comfortable sectional recliner sofa. The other collaborative spaces like the dining table, kitchen and sunroom were nice too! Our pre teen enjoyed the sunroom and spent time drawing on her sketchbook in there. We also enjoyed the games and artwork in that room. The Kitchen had some nice appliances, my husband made use of the espresso machine and frother! I was really appreciative of the plush bath towels and amenities provided in both the bathrooms. You hear stories about other places and come prepared, but Iris and Mark made it feel like a home away from home. There was even a TV in each room. Communication with the hosts was top notch. Iris and Mark stayed in communication with me since the moment I booked, and were quick to answer any questions or provide assistance if needed. The location was perfect for our needs as it was only 20 minutes in any direction to where we needed to be. Last and probably the most important thing - this house has Air Conditioning! And it was absolutely essential as we stayed during excessive heat in the area. The only part of the home that didn’t cool was the sunroom - but hey, it’s a sunroom so it wasn’t expected anyway! I would 100% stay here again. Thank you for an amazing accommodation and experience!

Booked this awesome house during Chapman University freshman move-in and orientation for our daughter. It was so convenient for a lot of back-and-forth trips (only 5 min drive). Also managed to squeeze in a day at Disneyland. So close! House was clean, organized, charming, and spacious, with lots of attention to guest comfort. Hope to book it again in the future!

Iris was great! Immediate replies to inquiries and checked that all was well. Ended up driving groups back and forth to Disneyland four times one day- so glad it was only 15 minutes! Easy drive to the beach as well, and house included beach towels, boogie boards, etc as a bonus. Perfect!!

Although the street seems to be a little cluttered and crowded with cars, once you come through the front door you are met by a clean, well lit, very modern, open floor plan, living space. Although a short drive from the beach it wasn’t until the last night that I realized in the garage there are most of the amenities beach goers like to have like chairs, boogie boards, umbrellas, and several very large beach towels. The kitchen is well stocked with most of the basics to include spices, cutlery, mixing bowls and pans for those that want to cook although we ate out most of the time. There was a slight amount of road noise from the freeway close by but that doesn’t bother me at all as I sleep with her plugs and none of my adult children referenced it at all so it was not a problem.

The house was very clean and cozy. Our family really enjoyed coming home to a nice and comfy place. Thank you, for a wonderful home away from home.❤️

The house was very clean and they had all your necessary toiletries and supplies. The beds were also super comfortable and same with the pillows!!! Water pressure was amazing in the showers as well as the hot water lasted a very long time. We never ran out of hot water. We would definitely stay again!!!

We stayed here while in town for a wedding. There were seven of us and the house accommodated us really well. It was also very clean, modernized, comfortable, and really nicely appointed. We loved the little extras such as the coffees and miniature tubes of shower gel. The owner obviously takes a great deal of pride in this house. The location was great and very centrally located. I had read about the freeway noise in other reviews and was a bit nervous about it. Turns out it was a non-factor. I slept in the back bedroom which is the one that faces the freeway and it did not bother me in the least. It was like white noise. Don't let that stop you from staying in this really fabulous house. Several of us mentioned it being the best VRBO we have stayed in. Also, do not miss the diner right down the street!! The food is great and you can walk!

Had a great time on our trip and I would definitely stay here again. The house is very clean and comfortable, and the owner was quick to respond to any questions we had.
