A charming American town deserves a charming home to live in while visiting. Ligonier is such a place. Where we stayed was such a home-- immaculate, well-stocked with every amenity, and surrounded by gardens which brought the day's activities to a peaceful conclusion on the rear deck. Ginny was an amazing host and the property was great as well! Nice little town and a good distance away from Seven Springs Resort.

This property was absolutely perfect for our little family of 4. Great location and very clean.

My son and I stayed here together. Everything was more than perfect with everything we needed and plenty of room. The setting was restful and quiet and the host most accommodating! Simple check in and lots of privacy! I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

This was the perfect place for us to stay while we were in town for our son’s wedding. Plenty of room and very comfortable.

We loved staying here and getting to cozy up next to the fire with a book, and loved getting to walk around town and on local hiking trails. A very peaceful, rejuvenating experience. Ginny had everything we could have forgotten on-hand and was quick to reply when we needed her. It was such a pleasure.

It is a very clean and charming home in the heart of Ligonier with in walking distance to many shops, cafes and restaurants. The homeowner was wonderful and even offered to come and help build a fire for us. Wonderful experience!

Great home for a weekend getaway, walking distance to the diamond and well equipped.

We stayed here for 5 days with our adult son and his wife over New Years. Due to COVID, we were not able to do much other than outdoor activities (skiing at Seven Springs, snow shoeing and cross country skiing) and sitting by the fire and enjoying home cooked meals and puzzles and games. Ginny and her husband are great and very responsive. We have stayed in many Airbnb’s and this house is exactly as described. We loved it and will definitely be back!

My best friend and I rented this cozy house for a shopping trip in downtown Ligonier. House was perfect from location to the stocking of house. We loved our evenings of sitting in house, talking and building puzzles which where also provided. Thanks Ginny!

The Alice's Spring Cottage is charming (there is an actual spring on the property), has plenty of space and is well-equipped. The king bed in the master bedroom is a plus. We felt at home from the moment we walked in. Ginny welcomed us and provided valuable tips about dining and local activities. The cottage is within easy walking distance of the entire town of Ligonier, and we enjoyed exploring the town. There are many shops and restaurants, a full-sized grocery store, and Fort Ligonier, which is on the National Register of Historic Places. We also enjoyed the natural beauty of Linn Run State Park and Forbes State Forest, both nearby, and learned a lot about local history from visiting the Compass Inn Museum, a few miles away in Laughlintown.We are eager to return to Alice's Spring Cottage as soon as we are able.

Can't say enough positive about our host. Ginny was a pleasure to work with, always returned an immediate response to any question. It's a great place for a small family, and we felt welcomed as family. Looking forward to a trip back next year.
