The stay is good, the place is clean and lived up to our expectation. The easy access to the pool area is +1

We got a bad head start cause the handover key SOP is all over the place. No specific instruction were given by the host.

It was close to the shopping mall. The bedsheet was nice and pleasant to sleep in.

There were glasses that was put in the cupboard that wasnt washed because there was a lipstick stain on it. That was disgusting. The bolt chain on the door was broken. I would prefer for it to be fixed so that i would feel safe and not just relying on the door knob lock. Should also atleast give proper tissue instead of using the toilet tissue for the kitchen.

Sunny is very friendly and accommodating! We were delayed by a few hours but she was very patient and helpful with check-in. Gorgeous sea view! This property is in Loft B as well which I think was the most convenient one, since it’s very near to mall entrance and convenience stores like Orange and 7/11. Definitely would book this one next time!

I guess one thing that would be more convenient for our stay was self check out.

Location below the shopping mall. The apartment has water dispenser and that saved me from buying bottled water, unlike what I had experienced with other apartment before this. Comfortable beds Clean fridge and kitchen.

One of the aircons in the living room was leaked with water dripping. However, there is a spare aircon which is powerful to cool the room.

I love the owner and the staff is very helpful. I left my Samsung Galaxy earbud and contacted the owner on the same day I checked out to informed her about it. She immediately helped me out to reached her staff to make sure they find my earbud and they DID! And voluntarily to keep it for me until my next trip to KK (next month)

Just that no big mirror in rooms as well as storage or cupboard for the other 2 rooms to keep clothes.

The apartment exactly above imago mall so only use lift to go ground floor. Our apartment is seaview and we really had a pleasant stay.
