굉장한 시내권에 위치해있습니다. 바로 뒤에는 웰컴씨푸드 식당이 있고 걸어서 필리피노 마켓 10분이면 갑니다.주변에 편의점도 많고 밤에 돌아다녀도 안전하고,불빛이 많아 밝습니다. 그래서 밤거리 어디서나 사진찍어도 예쁘ㄱㅔ 나옵니다. 무엇보다 직원들이 어마어마하게 친절합니다. 객실은 정말 깨끗하고 모던하고 변기와 샤워부스가 양쪽으로 분리되어있어서 더 좋습니다. 조식은 이용하지 않아서 잘 모르겠습니다 수영장은..10시까지라서 9시 반에 후다닥 가봤는데 파란 불빛이 켜져있어서 나름 무드있었어요 사진은 전설의고향처럼 나왔지만,,, 그리고 체크인 할 때 주신 안내문 보니 정부 정책으로 수영장에 20명까지 들어가면 더 못들어간다고 하더라고요. 물론 사람 정말없어서 전세내고 쓰는 수준이었지만 다른 분들 가실 때는 혹시 모르니까~ 호텔 내에 위치한 바는 월, 화 문 닫는다고 하니 그것도 참고하세요 와이파이도 회원가입해야하는게 좀 귀찮지만 잘터져요

The breakfast spread was excellent. Loved the teh tarik cart going around the dining hall and making fresh teh tarik. My gym rat son loved the gym. The machines were in tip top condition and super clean. Overall superb experience.

Web only stayed for 2 nights, so we did not experience anything we don't like.

I like the room. All net, clean and very spacious.

Hari Raya is a time where we seek some quality time with the family. Being in the hospitality industry the last thing we personally don't feel like doing is yet another hosting session. Hilton Kota Kinabalu provided a wonderful avenue for us to spend quality time together and being pampered by the friendliness of their team, the food and the pool ! Love it here. We appreciated the fact the early check in, the delicious food, the many gazebos and lazy chairs at the pool area and the eco friendly toiletries -Crabtree & Evelyn shampoo, conditioner, body wash, etc in refillable big bottles rather than small one time use plastic bottles. A memorable, relaxing stay. Left feeling rejuvenated for sure :)

The rooftop bar was a bit overpriced and was empty so little vibe but that can’t be helped

Las habitaciones son muy cómodas y limpias y la zona de piscina muy agradable. El desayuno es espectacular. Una variedad estupenda.

Es un hotel que en su momento debió ser de lo más moderno pero se nota el paso del tiempo y la falta de mantenimiento. Por ejemplo las puertas de las habitaciones están en muchos casos ralladas lo que da un mal aspecto al hotel. Entras al hotel y huele a humedad. En la descripción dice que está a 350 metros del centro y no es así. Más bien a 1 o 1,5 km lo que no te permite ir andando.

The hotel and facilities are what I expect from the Hilton. Room was comfortable and clean. The breakfast was extensive although it is surprising that there was no local in-season fruit offered. The pool on the top floor was great.

The air-conditioning in the lobby was set extremely low, personal opinion. Service in the pool area quite slow.

The room was spacious and clean.

The location has nothing much around it. Requesting for late check-out was tough.

早餐多樣且豐盛，連續吃了三天也不會覺得膩。飯店地點距離重要景點都很近，即便使用Grab叫車也不貴也方便。

室內燈光可以增加一些燈具，稍微暗了點。

Location was accessible, parking was ample, breakfast spread was good, kids enjoyed the swimming pool and the room was comfortable.

Breakfast was busy because of the number of guests over the long weekend that in the busy-ness, the restaurant staff were more transactional.

Nothing it missed the mark and I was totally disappointed

The room was awesome BUT there was no hot water, I had to ring 5 times to the water attended to and wasted 5 hours of my stay and after getting married on that day I was totally annoyed. I booked the Executive suite (the top of the range) and for my wife not to be able to use the bath in the room after paying $1200 ringette was totally unacceptable. I will not be staying there again

Good selection of bread, health drinks, fresh juice and Nasi lemak. Attentive staffs.

Noodles station were not tasty. Soba is dry, should come with its own sauce not miso soup. Fish prepared are not fresh. Add more selection of hot dishes and display it systematically.
