We stayed in the Suites with private pool. The rooms were wonderful, with a little kitchen area as you walked into the room, bathroom on ground floor (with great shower and hot water always available), two single beds downstairs and one double upstairs. Plenty of hanging space in the room. Our patio area was nice, with a table and four chairs and two sun loungers. We also had a view of the sea. The pool was wonderful and kept clean and sparkling. The pool man cleaned it every day we were there and we used it a lot. It was very welcome in the heat and we loved the privacy of our pool. There were sheer curtains that could be drawn across the patio area too for further privacy if needed and to cut down the sun if you wanted some shade. The room had a hair dryer, soap, body lotion, washing up liquid and wonderful air conditioning (just make sure you have all the doors and windows closed for it to work). The cleaning of the room was exceptional. We had a brilliant stay here. The staff work really hard and were so helpful, organising our airport transfers, and taxis for us when we popped into Zakynthos town. The food was good too and reasonably priced. The drinks and cocktails also. The lad working on the bar makes a lovely espresso martini! We didnt eat here often as there are other restaurants in the vacinity we wanted to try, as we only stayed a week, but when we did we enjoyed our food. The hotel pool was also lovely and clean and we used this too. The location is only a maximum 5 minute walk to the beach, which is narrow but we loved our days there, with crystal clear water and gently sloping into sea, so great for the grandson to be safe as he learnt to swim. There are two supermarkets a few minutes from the hotel, and some lovely restaurants and a few bars too. Everything you could want in the vicinity and within easy walking distance. It's a quiet resort and very chilled. We relaxed, took a couple of boat trips, and also hired a car.

The beach is as said narrow, just a small strip of sand, but its still sufficient and we loved the view across to Kefalonia. There are bigger beaches about a mile away but in the August heat walking there would have been too hot.

the pool was very clean and fresh! I loved swimming there. Also the layout was great and never struggled for sun beds. free air conditioning and safe which both worked well for us.

TV in the room was very small and fitted high so was difficult to plug my firestick in for streaming. Toaster would have been a nice addition as we were self catering.

Pool for kids. Pool bar where you can eat aslo breakfast after 8 (not earlier) or can order pizza. Near are more restaurants where you ca eat and a store at 100m.

No mosquito nets at balcony doors and we stayed with AIC almost all night. Each morning some of us did not feel well because of this. No shampoo and shower gel only little soap pieces.

Clean towels every day, nice and clean room. Very friendly people!

Wifi was bad

The accommodation and the pool were clean and modern, the wifi worked well. The hotel staff were helpful and friendly. Unfortunately, we had noisy neighbors on first night, I reported the next day and we got a new room. They also helped with car rental and airport transfer. I recommend the accommodation, the price-value ratio is perfect. I would happily return.

The beach was a bit far. A quiet little town, the lively beach and bars of Alykanas are 5 minutes away by taxi, 40 minutes walking.

There was no running water at times

Clear swimming pool, nice view to the sea and close to the shops, tavernas and the beach. There is a car rental possibility, as well.

The wi-fi coud have been stronger a little bit.

Room with two beds (double and single). A lot of tavernas around. Also, there’s an ATM and a mini market reachable within a few minutes by foot.

I wouldn’t recommend the hotel for a stay longer than one night: the shower flooded the whole bathroom, due to the floor’s shape the water didn’t drain at all; there was no WiFi in the room most of the time and even the cell phone reception was pretty poor; the kitchen wasn’t equipped fully, as there wasn’t any stuff to clean the dishes. The dishes have been dirty at our arrival. According to the „hotel‘s rules” sheet in the room, checkout must be finished until 12pm, but the cleaning staff nearly forced us to leave at 10.30am.

This property is really clean & the swimming pool is clean unlike any others I have ever seen! Kitchen and fridge included in our stay which made it really helpful. Water shower pressure was amazing! Loved my stay here, highly recommend. :)

Nothing to do with the property but the location was quite far to get to the hotspots in Zante; Laganas, Tsilivi, Zakynthos Town so you are forced to rent a car or get a taxi (€25+ per journey, very expensive)

The owners and staff was nice, the pool and bar area are very enjoyable, close by to a market, beach and taverns.

The rooms are not quite like in the pictures, the design, furniture etc is basic, nothing fancy.

Very nice the swimming pool inside the flat, all house stuff are new. Structure of the flat very interesting and all staff always available and clever

Everyone was really nice, the room was great. The pool was lovely. The beach is really close.

Wifi was really bad. Kept losing connection or wouldn't connect at all. The cleaning lady was very bad, put zero effort into cleaning the room.

It was clean and tidy, a nice shower with a rainfall and powerful showerhead unit. Nice little balcony to have coffee in the morning. TV if you want it. Kitchen has plates, kettle, toaster etc Friendly staff, helpful, nice well maintained pool and snack bar. The area around the hotel has a couple supermarkets, a few restaurants and takeaways and a small beach area. There is private off road parking... The hotel has their own car rental service which would've been a cheaper option than the one we ended up with from the airport...

Nothing to complain about to be honest, it was about a 25 minute drive from the hotel to the main areas and beaches. The bed was firm but not too hard, the shower was very good, it was only cold once in the evening but the rest of the week was fine.

We had a fabulous chilled relaxing holiday here at Kozanos ii. This is a lovely family run apartment hotel. The staff are very helpful and the place is immaculately clean. It’s in a great location for quiet holiday, with sea views and close to some very good restaurants. Lovely clean swimming pool.

The rooms are pretty basic with mostly everything you need, could do with a bit of an update. Very limited kitchen utensils.
