Silly niggley little things in apartment. Old marked mugs, old towels, stupid little kettle that kept turning itself on changed kettle only to be give another ridiculously small kettle (travel size kettle) with horrible limescale around lid dirty and old looking asked for another kettle replaced again ok this time, sofa smelt of body odour..

The complex, I though was in a good location. it also seemed to be very well run. It was clean and seemed very quiet at most of the time. ( only noisy when the children were playing in the pool )

The reception does contact you by phone, through WhatsApp. which is good has long as you have good Wi-fi connection on your phone. If you haven't you might miss their instructions, where your room is and where the key is.

Excellent location, staff very helpful and friendly. Very relaxing place.

The breakfast offered was a bit expensive and that's why we decided to get some food from the near supermarket.

Kettle didn't work. Shower tray overflowed

amazing place. we have stayed here each year for the last number of years (minus covid times). the pool is beautiful. the complex is peaceful and so handy to all local restaurants and shops. Staff are welcoming and I love how they send you WhatsApp communications for everything. so handy. we will be back again next year. Thank you so much.

Location was a short walk from the main area and very quiet at night. Was lovely and peaceful in the evenings. The apartment complex was beautifully set out and the top floor rooms had excellent views to the sea. The reception was very efficient at contacting us before arrival making check in smooth. Good efficient contact throughout the stay.

There was a shortage of sun beds some days even though there was plenty of room around the pool where they could put more. They do enforce the removal of towels from beds if people aren’t using the beds which was nice. The pool itself was freezing, it does advertise a heated pool during winter months but needs to be more clear what these months are. Extending the heating to the pool til the summer months would make sense. Not the properties fault, but there was a lot of couples around the pool not to happy to see children playing and laughing, maybe book adults only??? Made it a little uncomfortable at times. The beds in the rooms though comfortable are very noisy when you move around in them, maybe upgrading the frames would help.

Very stylish clean modern bright apartment. Very comfortable bed. Complex is set in lovely quiet location, close to playa bastian and the other costa tequise beaches. Well maintained public areas. Very friendly staff in reception. We stayed on an accommodation only basis but opted for breakfast twice, once on arrival and once on leaving day. Breakfast was amazing. We had the tapas board starter of cold meats, cheeses, olives, tomato and cucumber and lightly toasted bread. Followed by avocado and poached egg on warm toast. Fresh orange juice and cup of tea included. Fabulous. Lots of bars and restaurants within easy walking distance. Internet a little patchy at times but winds were very brisk for 3-4 days.

Nothing really, it was just a shame that the complex had a filter problem with the pool when we stayed, and for the first few days the pool was green and rather murky, although we were told it was safe to swim, we avoided it as we like to be able to see the bottom of a pool as we are not very competent swimmers. Unfortunately, these things can happen, and it didn't stop us enjoying our time there.

Well equipped. Very clean and the enclosed grounds were well kept.
