charming but old. Generally well maintained. Staff attentive. I was initially told TV broken and unfixable but probably could have been fixed the first night.

Прекрасно отношение, топ местоположение! В близост до метростанция, което си е голямо предимство за София. Възможността за паркиране също е от ключово значение. Посрещна ни Сузана, която е невероятен домакин!

Липсата на закуска ни изненада, но се надявам да е временно, защото и преди сме отсядали в хотела и имаше закуска.Всичко останало компенсира това неудобство.

I booked the suite. Very nice. Bed was perfect. Restaurant is super.

car parking was poor , no breakfast ready when we went down at 7.30 am even after being told it would be 😡told it would start at 8.30 this was to late for our flight times so no breakfast ☹️☹️☹️

Cozy hotel with an excellent location in proximity to the main shopping street. The room was comfortable and spacious although it can use some renovation. Breakfast was simple but good.

Some trick was played when I was offered online a free room upgrade. When I accepted I did not realize this removed my free breakfast and so there was no breakfast. The hotel does not want to provide breakfast. Sunday morning and there was no breakfast set up for any guests. Also zero electric contacts close to the bed to charge phones. Only contact was across the room and for the cleaner and vacuum. Impossible even to sit comfortably and use your phone while charging. The mattress in my room was old and smashed on one side from use.I have stayed in this hotel many times over the years and its has definitely gone downhill. I will not stay again. There are many hotels in Sofia for same price with good breakfast included and updated rooms with electric contacts next to the bed for your laptop and phones. I recommend that you stay there. I give up on expecting change and improvement of Meg Lozenetz. It is my last stay here.
