Loved the hotel, staff were friendly great shower and very clean.

Didn’t get much sleep as the people in the next room were arguing, slamming doors and throwing things at the wall most of the night. We did report this to the night porter but nothing was done about it. The whole point of staying in a nice hotel was to ensure a good nights sleep but we left feeling exhausted.

staff were fantastic I arrived very early in the morning and they gave me an early check in, breakfast was excellent a really good choice of hot and cold options tea coffee, I had lunch and dinner at the hotel and the food was really good an overall great experience and would definitely stay here again. :)

Lovely staff couldnt of done enough for us

Plenty of free parking space. Good food in restaurant. Bar well tended. 4 EV charge points on the car park.

Rooms were warm at night with no way of cooling other than having the window open. We was at the front of the hotel next to busy main road so was quite noisy. Rooms at the back would not have this issue.

Location ideal for our visit. Reasonably priced. Staff reacted very promptly when we reported issues with the toilet and shower in our room. Workmen were very polite and considerate when dealing with the shower.

The loose toilet and faulty temperature control on the shower ought to have been identified when room was cleaned/checked prior to occupation. Shower curtain had mildew marks.
